Sorta... he's one of those meh meh new age stars Nick churned out (I.E. Amanda Bynes, Bow Wow, Romeo) Not stars to most of us...

So yeah, he's actually to be taken a little seriously now that he's on SNL... but he's still not a big star or anything (@_@ SNL hasn't been the greatest lately these last few seasons anyways)
