The final four just started where I am.. and I's a watchin... I'm just curious as to the opinions as everyone else's thoughts...

In my opinion, that show rocks. Well written, and cool. It's definately Gendy Travahouski's best work!

Genndy Tartakovsky... but close enough...

Episode 49 is over...

Bah I don't get the "well written" part especially since they resolve more on showing Jack walking around while showing different angles of the background and then bringing in the robot of the day for Jack to slice up and maybe end with a one-liner or something....

Heck if I remember right he STILL hasn't beat Aku yet even in these final four.

I thought that the ending did suck... the show wasn't resolved... :wth:

Genndy's strength lies within his story telling... telling a good story doesn't always require blood, or dialogue

The show was meant to be dramatic, with some action.

If you don't like drama, then you proabably don't like Jack.

Well it's not the sense that there was drama... it seemed to suffer from lack of drama in my opinion.

To me SJ just seemed to rely more on visuals than actual story telling. Most of the storyline was Jack getting back to his time period to defeat Aku and very few times has he gotten the chance to try and go back. The fight with the time keeper rings a bell.

Other than that though he's just been running around fighting robots and when he's not fighting robots by himself the Scotsman makes an appearance and they BOTH fight robots.

I'm not asking for blood or long lasting fight scenes. I just want a story that's interesting and in my opinion at least SJ doesn't deliver it's basically a straight forward plot. There are no major twists or turns in it. It's all about Jack getting back to the past and yet he couldn't even do that in the end.

Now granted I found the movie to be phenominal. I mean sure it was the first few episodes but it HAD good storytelling. I just wish more episodes had been like that. Although I have to admit that episode where Aku was telling those kids fairy tales was one of the better episodes I saw.

Ah yes... and also the episode when Jack and Aku duel... when Aku says:
"Look, we all know what's going to happen.
You're going to swing your sword and I'll fly off and say something like 'I'll be back samurai, you'll see.' and not return for... ohh.. about a week."
Then Jack swings his sword and lo and behold... Aku does just that... then pops right back next to Jack and says, "See what I mean?"

Great moments... yess...
