Title: Captain N The Game Master
Description: dear god... I remembered the title...

... yes.. THAT show...
September 9, 1989... and Nintendo had just released a great idea... why not make a TV show with a whole bunch of our characters... sure... why not...
I loved the damn show... but it only lasted 2 years.... damn.... but so was the life of 80's cartoons going into the 90's.... bastards...
For some of you.. this may not even ring a bell.. and you wonder WHY??... but for us old people... we need to be reminded of the past.. otherwise we forget and become senile like Eastwood.
:ego:
well... what do you remember... and did you like it is I guess what I'm getting at... and it's 1:46 am.... and like most college students.... insomnia strikes....

I remember how Simon Belmont was a complete idiot and Megaman was GREEN and said "mega" in between every word.
Among other things. But I'm too tired.

I remember that show...watched it when I was but a wee lad.
Now...I have BECOME Captain N. (J/K)
Aethos - September 4, 2004 06:49 PM (GMT)
Yo GMA if you are Captain N now you best be sure Gameboy doesn't start following you around.
Heh I loved that show back then and Simon Belmont was THE MAN!
I admit though that Megaman and Kid Icarus were annoying as heck though.
Iota - September 4, 2004 06:59 PM (GMT)
Bah, a green megaman... anyway, I heard samus was in there, anyone know where to get eps?
Aethos - September 4, 2004 07:20 PM (GMT)
Actually it was Mother Brain not Samus. Mother Brain was the main villian of Captain N.
Iota - September 4, 2004 07:40 PM (GMT)
Ah... stupid greymatter jello head...
Dark Chaos - September 4, 2004 08:17 PM (GMT)
Hmm...tight jeans, NES controller belt buckle, long pointy Zapper gun...it must be Captain N!
Featuring Simon Belmont, the Swedish pilot, and Megaman, the fat robo-leprechaun!
GamemasterAnthony - September 4, 2004 11:02 PM (GMT)
And the odd thing is...Game Stop is still selling old school Zapper guns for the NES AND has recently started selling belt buckles that resemble the old NES controllers!
*shudders from the thought of people dressing up as Captain N for Halloween this year*
And Aethos? No Gameboy following me around, but... *pulls out a Nintendo DS that looks modified somewhat* ...check out the new communicator Washu plans to make for me in a later fic.

Should I warn you now, or should I let you apologise then warn you? How am I senile? Or was that simply a baseless flame, against the staff no less?
And yes, I vaguely remember the show. From what I vaguely recall it was crap.

Or maybe it was a joke, intended to be humorous. We tend to try that here, being a bunch of loonies. =P

Sorry East... I didn't mean to actually offend....
I'll take my beating now
*kringe*

Considering I've seen people go senile (Including my grandfather as he died of cancer) I know what it does to people. It's not even slightly funny.
