The line is actually "You're one ugly mother******." It's done again In Predator 2, but before Danny Glover can say the last word, the Predator finishes it for him.

From Predator when he yells "GET IN THA COPPAH!" My friend and I say that randomly all the time when we leave to go someplace.
My friend: We should go to the bookstore.
Me: GET IN THA CHOPPAH!
My friend: TO THE CHOPPAH!
Also I liked that scene in Kindergarten Cop when he freaks out, runs out of the school screaming and goes to get his pet ferret to show the class. Something about seeing this big toughguy having his sanity worn down by a few kids makes me laugh.
