Seven months into the first Syrakin war, The Syrakin 5th shock army made several successful attacks on Yorian territory. The 5th shock army prepared to drive the final nail in the coffin of the Argontian campaign by attacking the small planet of Argota VIII with the small population of 1500 Yorian settlers.
250,000 Syrakin warriors where deployed on the planet to destroy the small population as quickly as possible and establish total Syrakin dominance on the Argontian system.
As the army marched towards the single city to make a swift and decisive victory on the planet, they where met by resistance, not by rebels or Yorian remnants, but rather one man.

Still unknown to this day, the Yorian centurion was dressed in a ragged and torn uniform, and was armed with only his Long sword. witnesses say he was a Germophone and did not speak a word of Anglo. His eyes scanned the overwhelming horde with sheer determination in his eyes. He spouted the now famous lines "Du kommst nich dursh!".
No rifle or ordnance seemed to phase him as he charged the Syrakin line, in a blood thirsty berserker rage.
After four days of melee fighting. The Syrakin casualties racked up to 15,000, the entire army dead in their track, too afraid to once again engage the charging one man army.

On the 5th day, the Yorian 14th Liberation army reached the Argontian system and repelled the 5th shock army, forcing the 235,000 Syrakin warriors still on the planet to surrender. Shortly after the battle the Centurion succumbed to his wounds and died.
A statue of this brave soldier was risen at the Yorian home world of Yoria, no name could ever be found of this man, the statue simply reads, "The last man standing."
