Someone somewhere requested a new skin from someplace. It's been added to the scroll in some logical position somewhere on the page.

Sure is Tyrant virus in here.
Also due to a slight breakthrough during coding, pages now load already skinned, as opposed to being momentarily unskinned until the page finished loading.
