History: Straike Rocroix is the first and current Emperor of the Middenland Empire, little is know about Straikes past, but what is known is that he never backs down on a challenge, in 2519IC, A traveling dwarven salesman challenged Straike that he could not last a day inside the old forest of Loren, which is the oldest and most dangerous forest in the old world, accepting the challenge, Straike entered the old forest, and walked out four months later no only with his life and sanity, but a new sword.
in 2530IC, major imperial laws, that severely taxed provinces of the empire not inside a certain realm, outraged the residence, and they began to take to the street, in a attempt to qualm the riots, Imperial officials began to use deadly force of rioters, which only outraged them even more, and began the Imperial revolution.
Out of this revolution, several new empires where born, including the Empire of Kislev, and the Middenland empire. Straike was elected Emperor of Middenland after the events in the forest of loren and the Imperial Revolution, and he began to build a large and prosperous empire.
Although the sword of the forest is a mighty and enchanted weapon, Straikes main goal and desire is to obtain Ghal maraz, the hammer of sigmar. Even IF Middenland is separate for the Empire itself, the church of Sigmar still has a strong influence amongst the populace.

Sword of the forest: A Enchanted sword specially crafted by long dead wood elves of the forest of Loren, The sword of the forest is enhanced with magical powers that seem to tear enemies apart even after the wound has been dealt, Each unsaved wound becomes D3 wounds.
The pistol of Kurt: Kurt von hellsosh, a master Gunsmith in Middenland, specially designed this pistol for Straike. The Pistol has a strength of 5 and ignores armor saves.

Special rules:
Leader of men: The presence and unflinching courage of the Emperor greatly increases the morale of his soldiers. Inspiring even the humblest soldiers to even the mightiest acts of heroism. Straike Rocroix, plus any unit he is attached to is immune to all psychological damage, and Straikes leadership can be used at a range of 18" ( instead of the standard generals 12").
Wood elves fear me: It is a well known fact that Emperor Rocroix killed many Wood elves during his adventures in the forest of Loren, so much so that he has become infamous and used almost like a boogeyman to scare the younglings. If engaged against a wood elf army, any unit in the range of 12" of Straike must take a morale test, if failed that unit is "marked" by Rocroix and he may attack them twice each turn if locked in melee.
