Hey guys, I've been having a slight issue with my computer since a few weeks ago. Right now, my computer is being extremely lag-like due to Winlogon.EXE chewing up my CPU. Every three to four seconds, it'll spike to 100%, then after a second, drop back down to 0%, and as it does that it stalls my computer, rinse and repeat. So far my computer hasn't found any viruses relating to this issue, but I'm almost certain there's something there.

It's an old computer and I need to get a new one, but until I can do that this computer needs to be fixed.

It's also messing with my typing, so it there's any errors in this, ignore them.
