Ah, sadly not. The Fallout Shelter has been around years before Fallout 3, we're merely a collection of souls that join to talk about whatever crosses our minds.
That is to say, you can discuss Fallout 3 if you so wish, in the Press Start forum (our gaming forum).

Wow...To Katsu: Happy because I am nice and to everyone else the reason why is because I went to Google and typed Fallout 3 Invision and naturally Fallout Shelter popped up. But I haven't been on a regular forum in a while so I think I'l stay!
