Title: On Hypocrisy and Morality...

Am I the only one who finds it incredibly laughable that often the ones spouting out stuff about discrimination and morality are indeed the only ones showing hostility and trying to hurt people?

The irony that they sought to spread kindness and tolerance and end up becoming the exact opposite leads me only to believe that by pulling so heavily in one direction, one can often end up looping back around without ever realizing it, becoming the very thing they sought so long and hard to avoid. Attempting communication with them in a civil manner almost universally ends up with them insulting you and degrading you despite the fact that you are not implying insults to them in any way.

I've met a lot of people like this. A lot of them.

It is saddening. I genuinely wish it was possible to obsess over kindness and peace and for people to adhere to and uphold these beliefs. I really wish that it was possible. But more and more I realize as I deal with people that those who insist on pushing for some sort of idealized order are the ones who create all the destructive chaos in this world.

I wish I was wrong about this. I really do.

This is why I love you guys. You aren't bloody hypocrites. C=

I'm getting some suppressed anti-christian vibes, cap'n.

Anyway, we're all hypocrites in our own little ways. The most difficult part of life is living up to your own beliefs, and not crumbling.

Less suppressed and more passive aggressive. =D

Well, it's a step up.

I get where your coming from, and honestly most of the Christans in the bible belt are like this, to a T. However, what I dislike is people forming opinions on the religion because some idiots make the rest of us look retarded. THOUGH THATS SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT TOPIC, NOW ISN'T IT?

Basically, this is very true, mainly because people who complain about this sort of thing and don't do a thing about it, have a warped sense of reality.

Indeed that is a pinch frustrating I am sure, especially considering that some of the nicest people I know have been incredibly religious. Can't write everyone off because you find a few dumbasses.

Funny you should mention that Avi, Andrew Ryan is a good example of someone who loops back...
