I decided to post this here and put my latest artwork up on display. Something I've been getting into a lot lately is Original Character fighting on Deviantart. How it works is that you audition for some sort of league/tournament and, if you make it in, you draw comics about your character fighting and beating your opponent's character, and the two entries are judged to see which one wins. I've become obsessed with this since the beginning of the year and have already done a lot of fighting, wining some and losing some. Here's what I've got so far...

The Samurai Duelers League: This is where I've done the most so far. I've won three fights and lost three fights.
My Character: Khall, the idiot ninja
Fight 1 - Vs. Kazuma
Fight 2 - Vs. Meko
Fight 3 - Vs. Merchant
Fight 4 - Vs. Kyo
Fight 5 - Vs. Tanrei
Fight 6 - Vs...Uh...Foreigner

Byako: This tournament's been fun so far, because of all the random events happening...
My Character: Firefox, energy manipulator
Fight 1: Vs. Vintage Price
Fight 2: Vs. Shadow and Clash
Fight 3: Vs. Snowball

OCBC: Just started...
My Character: Olig, creature made of rubber
Fight 1: Vs. Ath

The Colosseum: I didn't make it into the main event, but I'm doing exhibition matches to further my character's story...
My Character: Misty, a poodle experienced in three martial arts
Fight 1: Vs. Wild Fox (yep. Good ol' Erik)

So that's the gist of what I've been up to these past few months. If anything, it's helping me draw better.
