About a month ago, my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer which has spread into a couple of spots in the brain. For a while, the radiation therapy was working, but now he is currently in surgery because the radiation hasn't been wroking well and my dad had lost most of his mobility on his right side and can barely communicate.

Well...surgery is over and he's currently in reovery. Looks like the surgery was sucessful, but some PET scans will have to be done to get the results as to whether it helped. I'll keep you guys posted.

Sorry to double post, but...

Dad has asked for a cessession of all treament.

It has been determined that, even with radiation and chemo, Dad would still be paralyzed on his right side. As such, he has asked to stop all treatment.

It will just be a matter of time now. He has been transferred to hospice care.
