Yeah, I'm in need of some help here. I'm trying to download the FreeDB database for my computer (HP Pavilion a1120n - Pentium 4 - WinXP Home Edition), but for some damn reason it keeps saving as a tar.tar file. I'm not on my computer (still don't have internet, hence why I need the local database version). I'm instead using my pal Bobby's computer (Dell Dimension 1100 - Celeron D - WinXP Home) to download it.

Long story short, I'm trying to download it to my PSP, so I can upload it on my home PC. But the database isn't saving correctly. Any explanation (besides Dell's apparent suckiness)?
