I have a question. When like I go to certain place like the Roleplay board or certain places, How Come It seems that I only see that one topic as been update and when I enter the thread, there no topics at all?

Look toward the bottom of the section for this. Change it from 30 days to The Beginning, see if it helps at all.

Technically it's suppose to be disabled for everyone. The space allotted to TFS for on-site hosting is a meager 15 MB and would be filled quickly, but due to lazy forum creation in a few places the admins can utilize it.
