Title: For those not too familiar with my works...
Description: Ok, here goes nothing.

Yea, I'm a sprite artist. Well actually I dunno about the "artist" part. I make, what some call... Pixel junk?
Please comment, or leave some of your thoughts.

Alright so here's an interesting concept. I turned the gameboy color megaman (MEGAMAN XTREME) sprite, into my own thang. Not exactly custom I guess. Needs tweaking. user posted image

Umm.. Here's some old Mario stuff I made. 100% Scratch

100% scratch Mewtwo, with added shading variations.

Something random, I call him Sid. 100% scratch

Feedback if possible, please.

Looks like you've got some good shading there, but might be difficult to make everything all fit if each part's got different colored borders..

The mastersword and X sprites are absolutely wonderful. I'd have never identified that as an upgrade/edit to the 8-bit X sprite. The Mario ones are pretty decent.

The Mewtwo isn't too hot though. Looks kinda uhh... chunky.

I'm working on fixing those issues. I appreciate that response, I wondered if someone would point that out. Also thanks! I've been working on my shading, feels good to hear that for once.

Yea, I was pretty impressed about the X sprite myself. I just thought it'd be cool to post a evolution chart showing how easy it can to change something. Cause honestly it didn't take me very long at all, I just made sure to duplicate my process. Also, I barely begin a sheet on it. Depending on if I'm confident in it will determine if I post it.

The Master Sword & Hyrule Shield
Truthfully, I didn't expect that of all things to receive praise. 10 minutes is all it took. The shading took 5 or 6. I thought it was crap, but I wanted to update this topic.

As for the Mario ones... I made those ages ago, I just darkened Mario and Luigi's colors.

The mewtwo one... Yea, it's a WIP on standstill status.

Update yo!

My version of a Metroid.

And a not so complete(yet) Luigi!! I'd really like opinions for this one.

This thing probably defies all laws of spriting at the moment....

That is all...
...For now.

Your spriting skill is very good, it nice to see them. As for the Luigi sprite, it is a lot better than the one below it (or above it in the normal view), but something about his shape doesn't seems right (I think it may the top area of his body that might be the problem...just increase the width of his upper body to match his lower body).
