Ahhh, Edison city. A grand city set in the very heart of Gearland, an even grander nation of new and incredulous technology! Screens that show animated pictures- Modes of travel with no wings! And the only thing that seperates it from magic is the amount of steam it outputs. With all the steam powered contraptions, the weather is rain almost every other day. It gives the city a very gloomy look from the outside, but once you're inside it's easy to see that everyone is simply delighted to be alive in an age of man ascending to godhood!

And nothing better to suggest godhood than the northern district. Oh, the silver and chrome all over making it shine with that bright luster of blue, splattered with other colors here, there and everywhere like a wonderful canvas. Even the people seem to have the feeling of canvases, most of the northern districters are covered with trendy clothes and occasionally you'll see them with steamtech augmentations on them- More occasionally than the south, atleast.

On the other hand, there's the salt-of-the-earth south district. A far simpler gold color, with a bit of rust here and there. But that's what happens with so much steam- It's why so many incredible workers from the south with incredible capabilities are needed, and had! There are engineers who can make a fully working mechanical arm from nothing in just short of a day, cleaning crews that can clean the entire district in a matter of hours and security men who can hit targets from 100 meters away with a handgun!

And yes, the city of Edison boasts a veritable hallmark of excellence amongst its people of honor! Why, our mayor Jethro Rocket was once the original rocketeer, flying throughout the skies on a jetpack and defending us against the agate empire in 1923! Buck Booster, the gunslinger who saved our city not once, but twice with his trick shooting! And last but not least, Jenny Slick, the mechanic that saved the entire north district from falling apart with some handy repairs!

Trigger Finger, Just what it sounds like. Eric's right index and middle finger are each interchangable gun barrels. Cappable of firing .44 rounds as well as the occasional 12 gauge slug.

Occupation: Worked as a mechanic for a few years, got fired a few months ago, currently in the "collecting," business. So, technically, he's a thief of mechanical parts, which he then builds and sells out of his house.
Eye color: He has two different colored eyes, mainly because one is mechanical. His real eye color is a blueish/green, while his mechanical eye has a red pupil with gold as the white of his eye. His iris is a swirl, rather then a circle.
Hair color: Black
Augmentations: Mechanic's eye: His left eye is better suited for a mechanic, because it can look at anything man made, tell the substance, tell what kind of shape it's in, and where it's weak point is. The database is overflowing with handy information, and can even show blueprints for most common, and a few not so common gadgets and everyday use items. If it's been marketed, the eye knows it. Mechanical Arm: This arm looks completely like a normal arm, and usually reads under scanner as one as well. His right arm was lost in an accident, which is now replaced by a mechanical one. The wrist can flip up to reveal a double berral shotgun. The elbow can store a grappling hook, which is shot from a spring. The top of his arm can open up to shoot off RPG's, if he has the ammo for them, that is. A side note, it can usually store a smaller weapon in the part of the arm between the elbow and the wrist. He carries a mini uzi in that part.
Steamtech possessions: Steam propelled boots: Desmund's boots have a feature that allows him to shoot off a high velocity of steam from the soul's of his shoes, makeing him able to go 50 feet in the air. It takes 5 minutes for the boots to recharge and recycle to be able to jump again.

Metal punk's glove: Much like the Bandit braclet currently on the illegal market, this glove can strip and steal the parts of a mechanical object with ease. Each finger has a different power range. Desmund uses only one finger to strip off with that particular power range, for example, he would take apart a gun with his pinky, while a tank would require his index finger. The glove uses omni-gel to make sure the fingers do not get damaged in the process of pulling things apart, and if need be, the power ranges can be combined so he can use his full hand on something like an airplane.

Mechanical Arms: Damien was born Physically retarded, in the sense that one of his arms was little more than a stump, and that he was missing half of his other arm. So, when he was about 4, he underwent surgery to replace his regular arms which mechanical arms, to allow him to easily funtion in normal society. This also inspired Damien to become an Engineer, as he was constantly thinking of ways to improve and maintain his mechanical limbs.

Micro-Management/Improved vision (counts as two): In some of Damiens fingers, there are small-robotic arms, which he can control like regular arms. To allow him to see whats going on when he's using these, Damien also has a screen-device next to his left eye, which, paired with the variety of small cameras fitted all around his body, allows him to see farther than normal, behind him, or exactly what his Mini-Arms are doing.

Steamtech Possessions:
Steam Glove: Damiens arms are outfitted with a device which pressurizes, then shoots out steam at high speed, which he can use as a weapon as opposed to emiting steam normally. The Steam shoots out of his finger-tips, and at close range, can rip through flesh, and even cut through metal.

M.E.N.D: Mobility. Ending. Net-like Device. A defensive weapon intended to immobalize a threat. Damien's 'Finger-tips' (He has robot-arms) rocket out, powered by steam, and wrap around a target. This is Controled by Damien's Micromanagment and can be paired with his steam-glove to use as a weapon.

Steam Drone: Damiens 'pet' a small, steam-powered, Insect-like drone (looks like a scarab), which can be used as a spy device. Anything it see's is downloaded into Damiens eye-accessory. It can be equipped with a poisen-tipped needle, but it's hard for something like that to get too close to people, and it's expensive, so damien generally doesn't risk using it for assassinations (Besides, why would an engineer use what obviously HIS handiwork on an assassination? To conspicous, and what would he even be doing try to assassinate someone?.)

Steamtech possessions: Custom Le Mat Revolver(Boson's Tears) - An archaic appearing revolver who's nose has been stubbed in order to increase the impact for short-range coupled with pistons welded into the side of revolver's nine round chambers to increase velocity.

Man, I'm just waiting for the action to start closer to home, honestly, I don't think most southerners are going to rush into the middle of what resembles a war-zone where they're viewed as the enemy. It's jsut common sense (Unlike amassing in some bar right near the destruction, I mean seriously you guys, a stadium explodes so you run into a bar? ...in retrospect, alcohol might eaze the pain >.> Still...)
