Notes before starting: I know this is incredibly lame to some people but I'm pretty fucking bored and am pretty much writing this for people who want to fight me sometime in a sprite war, which a lot of people also find lame.
That being said lets get started.
Yor
Pronounced Ye-or, the Yor is a fictional alien race that resembles humans in terms of body structure. Out of the many races in the universe, the Yor is one of the younger races in the universe, spreading across only a few millennia, unlike many races the Yor progressed technologically wise a lot faster then a lot of other races.
The Yorian life-span is very long where Yorians who aren't involved in the army live to see ages 1000 and up.
Home world
The planet Yor, originally named "Gaseth" by its original habitants, is a planet that resembles Earth in almost every way except geography. While Earths east and west are split apart by a large ocean, Yors land is a one giant land mass Planet wide. With many of its wild life being much larger and more aggressive them Earths.
Calendar
The Yorian calender waas created by the mark of they're liberation. Being marked as Before emperor (B.E), During Emperor (D.E), and After Emperor (A.E).
History
Age of migration 10,000 B.E- 3,000 B.E
During this time period, The Gasethians, a race that also inhabitated the planet, was already building a civilization, creating small towns all around the eastern coast plains. But unlike the Gasethians, the Yor was divided by small tribes who would travel from area to area in a nomadic fashion. They would stay clear from the Gasethians in fear of hostile intentions. This nomadic lifestyle lasted for 7,000 years until the Gasethians Invaded the western plains, to "civilize" the Yorian nomads, and destroy the religion the Yorians held so dear.
Age of oppression 3,000 B.E- 10 B.E
in 19th of Dosde (December), the Gasethians sent spy's to the west to research the "savages", the spy's reported that the Yorians where beginning to create small villages, and creating weapons like swords and bows. Spy's also reported that the Yorians where building small temples made from wood, and stone statues to commemorate the God Stavern, god of war and conquest. Though the religion states that Stavern only wishes war against nations and races that would wish to harm his followers, the Gasethians began to panic and launched a full scale invasion of Yorian territory. The war only lasted 2 days with only 2 battles fought, the Yorian chiefs realized that they could not win against the Gasethians advanced empire, the Yorian Chiefs surrendered to the Gasethians, and became occupants to the empire.
The Gasethians always resented the Yorians and claimed them to be barbarians or inferior breed. The elf-like race wasted no time enslaving many Yorians and pushing down on harsh laws on the residents of the villages. This led on for 2,990 years.
Age of Rebellion and cleansing 10 B.E- 0 D.E
Technology did not change much during the age of oppression. The Gasethian military where still equipped with swords, bows, spears, and the like, the only thing that appeared to have changed was the armor. The Yorian villages have grown into towns with a considerable population, including farms and smaller house holds far in the open country. A young man named Darius warblood. was going into town to pay the taxes that the Gasethian's have ordered from the town and nearby house holds. When he got there he noticed that half the town was in chains while the other half was rounded up into a circle. Darius hid before he could be spotted, the small band of foot soldiers led the chain'd woman and children away as the men where slaughtered mercilessly. In horror Darius ran as fast as he could home, but was too late, the house was in flames and his father was lying in the front yard with his throat cut, With a long, two handed blade in his hand and 4 dead Gasethians around him. Filled with grief and hatred, Darius buried his father but kept the sword and made his way towards the nearest town.
The same was happening at this town aswell. But Darius did not hide this time, Darius
did not waste time plunging his blade into the nearest Gasethian officer leaving him bleeding to death on the ground. 30 foot soldiers surrounded Darius but where quickly dispatched as the other Yorians attacked the Gasethians and beat them to death. The Yorians did not waste time and equipped themselfs with wood axes and pitch forks and attacked the town garrison of 600 men. With no Yorian blood being spilled the last Gasethians surrendered but where cut down anyway. The Yorians equipped themselves with weapons from their fallen foes and from the Gasethian barracks, the men where quick to elect Darius as their leader, with a force of 1,500 fully armed men, Darius began to spread from town to town, killing any Gasethians that they encountered. By the 1st Janus (January) 9 B.E. Darius had a fighting force of over 20,000 Yorians.
When the Gasethian King was told about this uprising, he sent a force of 30,000 men to quell it and exterminate the Yorians for good. He was presented news 15 days later that all his men where slaughtered in less then a hour. The occupant force already in the western plain, was ordered to group together and fend off the invading army.When they received the orders the Generals wished they had wiped out the Yorians still under Gasethian rule. But they had ran off days before hand. for 9 years the Gasethian occupant force was fighting the Yorian rebellion with little reinforcements from the Eastern plain. By the end of 1 B.E. the last Gasethian occupant army was wiped out.
The Yorians had one day of celebration before they began planning their new civilization. after a long meeting from the former Yorian Chiefs. They decided to elect Darius as the leader of the entire race. And so Darius wolfblood, became the first Emperor of the Yorian people.
The great purge 0 D.E- 2 D.E
By the beginning of 0 D.E, Yor's boarders where fortified and prepared for any invasion attempts, many towns that the Gasethians occupied where used as strongholds, the Yorians began to use these former fortresses as training camps and barracks for recruited Yorian troops. Emperor Wolfblood began a nation wide campaign to recruit Yorians who have not already joined the army during the rebellion. Gasethia knew of the Yorians forces rising in numbers, and conscripted thousands of civilians for the "Extermination campaign". When the news reached Emperor Wolfblood of Gasethias refusal for peace, he rallied a force of millions and invaded Gasethian soil and there would be no prisoners in this conflict. During the age of oppression, Yorians where not familiar to war, while Gasethians would fight in organized formations, the Yorian defenders would slowly advanced towards them, or try to imitate the Gasethian formations. Times have changed, Wolfblood and his Generals knew how to fight wars, every attempt the Gasethians would make to destroy and route the Yorian army where countered. By the end of the first year, the Gasethian forces where less then half its former fighting strength. Yorians would return the favor ten folds when they captured villages and towns, instead of turning the citizens into occupants, the Yorians would slaughter everyone in the villiage. Even Gasethias major city's where leveled to the ground. On the 24th of Ago (august), 2 D.E, the entire Gasethian nation was destroyed, and its population wiped out in the genocides. Wolfblood was indeed filled with guilt and grief for giving the order to leave no one alive, but he knew its what must be done, Gasethians hated the Yorians since the beginning of time, and would do the same with no regret. Emperor Wolfblood named this dark age the great purge, and renamed the planet Yoria, but there was still many enemy's to overcome.
Undead wars 3 D.E. (septa 12th- mur 1st)
Yoria is a large planet, and holds many races, some peaceful and prosperous, others terrifying and murderous. on the 1st of Septa (september), Emperor Wolfblood began to spread his empire further east, which was only inhabitated by small villages and camps, or so they thought. A small patrol party reached the village of Tranxa, the people there where pale and frightened. Tranxa laid on top of a high cliff, under the cliff was miles upon miles of endless forests that were dark and cold. The captain of the small patrol party spoke to the Traxian's about what was in that forest, they only replied with "deatka", the captain ordered his 20 men to scale the cliff down to the forest but leave the rope ladders. They entered the forest and returned four hours later with only half the men. When the captain reported to Emperor Wolfblood on what he saw, the report is still in the Republican files.
A man approached us, he had long silver hair and beard. His eyes where as cold as a Dosde night, he was wearing all black leather and a long red cape, and was armed with a long scimitar. When I ordered him to drop the weapon he merely laughed and continued his approach. Before we knew it we where surrounded by identical men with shorter hair and torn leather armor. My men circled together and lowered their spears, I counted atleast 30 of them but more continued to pour out of the mist. In between these wretches were more men, their flesh was rotten and their moans terrifying. They killed 10 of my men but we managed to cut a swath through them. Like terrified mice we climbed our rope ladders and hoisted them up. The Tranxian's claimed that those silver haired men where "vampires" we kept watch on top of the cliff when they began to mass outside the forest, I recognized my former comrades, but their armor was bloody and their hair silver.By the end of the night the line of monsters spread for miles.
Emperor Wolfblood was quick to order a rally of troops and proceed east to meet this massing army. when they arrived Tranxia was empty. the army made camp outside of town when another man with silver hair aproached the camp. Emperor Wolfblood met him before he could reach the camp. The silver haired man titled himself and his "brothers" as the Vampire count. A large force of undead creatures who wish to destroy the lands of the living. He told Emperor Wolfblood that him and his men should forfeit their lives and save them the "trouble". Emperor Wolfblood proceeded to remove the head from the Vampires body. It was dusk when the undead marched towards the camp. Emperor Wolfblood and the Yorian generals wasted no time mobilizing their forces. The battle reigned for 2 hours before the undead swarm disappeared into the night. At dawn, Yorian scouts found foot prints that led passed the camp and into Yorian territory.
When Emperor Wolfblood and his army arrived at the nearest stronghold, the Fortress named "hope" The men inside lowered the gate and let the army inside. The captain incharge of the stronghold told Wolfblood that their where monsters sighted in hordes not to long ago east from here. By nightfall more then 30,000 undead monsters surrounded the fortress manning siege towers and battering rams. The siege lasted 4 nights before the undead monsters routed from the battle, the men inside the stronghold wished that they could just go out during the day and meet them on the field if they didn't simply disappear during sunlight. Knowing the source of the enemy forces, Emperor Wolfblood ordered his men to scale the walls down into the dark forest, where he lead a grueling nine-month campaign against the hordes. The last battle was waged in a black fortress where Yorian forces scaled the walls and battled with the the enemy forces and the source of the undead army. "Count novara". A powerful female vampire that spawns the undead from souls of dead Gasethians. It was General Lion that plunged his blade into the vamparic queen and the undead minions simply vanished. Not since then have there been reports of vampire or undead hordes in the valleys of Tranxa.
The Yorian-Anarak wars 5 D.E- 8 D.E
After the Undead war, the Yorians expirienced peace for two years. The once dark and grim forests of Tranxa are now littered with merchants and hunters, and the darkest pits and swamps have now been turned into prosperous markets. It was not long before the empire began to spread passed the forest into uncharted territory.
twenty miles from the forest, it seemed that the lush plains and forests ended and began was what seemed like endless sand and heat.
Emperor Wolfblood rallied a small band of 50 men, and rationed them with 100 days worth of water and food.
Three days after the party was sent out, a horse was presented to Emperor wolfblood with a small box on its back, inside the box was the head of his captain.
Emperor Wolfblood was quickly to react and rallied a force of 30,000 men and placed them on the border of the Tranxa forest.
They camped there for three days before they spotted another horse standing in the desert with a rider. The riders face was covered and he was wearing robes. He was armed with a long spear and a longbow. The man road into the distance and out of view, by night fall the desert was lit up by torches that spread for miles. Gerneral Haakon, commander of the 301st Republican guard. Ordered a scout to ride back to Emperor Wolfblood and recommend immediate reinforcements. The messenger used three horses on his trip to meet the Emperor, by dawn the Emperor sent a additional 40,000 men to the Front. General Haakon was also preparing, all night he had citizens of the empire dig large wooden stakes into the ground. At noon of the same day the Desert people attacked the make shift fortress. The battle lasted 3 hours before the sent reinforcements arrived. The desert people retreated except for those who where killed or captured. Thankfully the Captured men spoke basic and explained to General Haakon who they where. The Anarak Dynasty, and leaving the forest towards the desert was trespassing on their territory. The Anarakian prisoners where freed and General Haakon reported back to the Emperor.
A week later a Anarakian messenger rode to the Emperors fortress. Baring words of war, to surrender all Yorian controlled lands and become part of the Anarak Dynasty. Emperor Wolfblood politely rejected the offer and sent the messenger on his way. Emperor wolfblood knew by the army that was sent to Tranxa was large, and the Anaraks most likely have a large military force. The Emperor massed a large army of 300,000 Yorians as the main force and another 150,000 in reserve.
The entire campaign was led by 3 generals, General Haakon, General Lionhart, and General Falconclaw.
The war was long and bloody, with casualties for the Anaraks being more devastating by each battle. Unlike the great purge, Anarak soldiers who surrendered and civilians of conquered towns and city's where spared. The war was in a stalemate for the last year of battle until Haong Zi, Rule of the Anarak dynasty, was assassinated. The new ruler knew that this war cannot continue and surrendered to the Yorians superior force. Anarak was assmiliated into the Yorian empire, and so where its citizens. Even today you can see Anarakians roam the streets of the City's.
The death of a emperor 100 D.E
Everywhere inside the know sphere was peaceful, the remaining kingdoms created a prosperous union. War inside the sphere was non existent. Technology began to spring forward, bows where replaced with Muskets, catapults and trebuchets with cannons, and armor became thicker, though these new weapons were only used against rebellions. Many at the time believed that this was a age of peace, that Yor or any other kingdom would never have to engage in bloody wars ever again. But the happiness would not last for long. One day the mighty Emperor became ill, the people where told that it was serious. Many men and woman visited the Emperor in his sick room to speak to him, mostly to thank him for creating the vast expansive empire.
Four days later, the nation mourned, Emperor Darius Wolfblood, Age of 120, The liberator of Yor, the Undead slayer, the leader of the greatest fighting force known in Yor, the Emperor beloved by all,The greatest warrior of his generation. Died.
And so the calendar was changed to 0 A.E. Even though the title emperor remained, There would not be another leader as great as Wolfblood for many years.
The age of War 0 A.E- 50 A.E
Millions weeped the day that Emperor Wolfblood died, but Yoria had to live on even with this tragic loss. Wolfbloods last request was to elect the new ruler of Yoria to be his greatest warrior and most trusted friend, Tiber maximus. Tiber, still mourning over the death of his friend, began to create a new system of dominance through the kingdom. The title of emperor was changed to kaiser, to keep Wolfblood as the one TRUE emperor, laws where changed through vote of the people, and much profit was put into the church to build great monuments of Stavern (Tiber being incredibly religious). The military protocols where also changed to Tibers liking, each city garrison where to become legions on there own, and smaller town garrisons to be regulated as security forces.
When the news of Wolfbloods death began to spread across the realms, many of the remaining kingdoms decided that this was a time of weakness for the Yor and began to build massive army's in preparation for war, breaking the peace that Yorian diplomats worked so hard to achieve.
The first invasion occurred in septa 0 A.E. when the far east kingdom of marok invaded the Yorian realm of Anarak, with only a garrison of 500 yorian soldiers, Anarkaian warriors began to brandish their spears and swords once again to defend their home.
Marok is at our doors, with a force much larger then ours, but with our Yorian brothers we shall not falter.

The siege lasted 3 days with 300 dead Yorians and 1,500 dead Anarakians. The Yorians weapons where stripped from their hands as they swung them and where executed along side the Anarakian defenders.
When news of this reached the kaiser, Orders where given that legions XIX,XI, and XXIX, to merge together and meet the Marokian invaders as soon as possible.
The three legions battle in the Anarakian deserts for eight months before reaching Anarak once more and liberating it after a eight day siege.
This battle was only one of the first and many of the war to come.
After the siege of Anarak, The Kaiser began to establish a new Military doctrine, which gave Anarakian soldiers a more valuable part. Anarakians have almost perfect eye sight, depth perception, and aim, and make great marksmen, The anarakians who signed up for duty where stripped of their bows and arrows and equipped with muskets, which made the Anarakians more effective in combat. While Yorians provided the men for hand to hand combat and artillery handling, the Anarakians would dominate entire battles on they're own sometimes, with sheer aim and reload speeds.
After one year of a almost flawless campaign, the Morakian home city was destroyed and burned to the ground, as well as the population.
Tragic as it may be, if we allowed the Morakians to live they would manage to regroup in greater numbers and attack us again, Morakians where never known for surrendering.

When news spread of the Morakians total defeat, other nations claimed that the Yorians where the first to attack, and proceeded to invade their former ally. Intent on exterminating the Yorians and Anarakians as a whole.
While four nations banded together to battle the Yorians, two both agreed to aid the Yor, these two where once Yorians themselves, but spread off in large groups on their own to create new kingdoms, but never loosing their Yorian roots. The first to come to Yoria's aid where the Vokodians. These Yorians based themselves more around Technology and fire power power instead of close combat, but they're support was a valuable role, especially with their one of a kind triple barrel muskets. From the south came the Trandosians, which based so much around close combat, that they didn't have any kind of long ranged support whatsoever, but where much much stronger then most Yorians and very numerous.
This war lasted for 49 years, with casualties in the millions, but on the last day of Janar, the last bastion and stronghold of the old kingdoms was destroyed, leaving only the three Yorian nations, All three kingdoms where so effected by the war, that recovering on their own would be almost impossible, instead the Kaiser, the King, and the tribe leader all agreed to merge the three mighty kingdoms together, and form one great Reich, and renamed it simply as war, leading to hundreds upon hundreds of years of peace.
The Year of discovery 95 A.E.
With no more enemy's to fight, and no more lands to conquer, the last two races (Anarakians and Yorians) set their minds of expanded technology. The the 45 years of research, the Reich has made almost god-like progress in technology. Muskets and cannons turned to rifles and artillery, from bolt action to semi auto, and then automatic. Even though war was non existant, the Military Doctrine was changed yet again. All Yorians would be equipped with a standard issue rifle and a blade was now only there when needed. On the first day of 95 A.E., the Yorians achieved space travel. The Yorian space craft, the avenger, sped off into space with the crew of 3 Yorians and 4 Anarakians, on their 4 month trip, they discovered 10 planets in their solar system, 6 of them being already inhabitated by other races, and 4 inhabitable but full with only wild life.
The knowledge that Yor gained from this research made the Kaiser bring alot more improvements into the space program, and began to build a navy to take to space to colonize new worlds, and defend the planet itself when needed.
Yors last chance. 112 A.E
over the years of space travel, the Yorians have made contact with 5 out of 6 new species, out of the 5, 2 looked onto the Yorians as angels, coming down to their planet to protect them, while the other 3 simply made a couple trades with the pioneers. But on the 15th of Apro, contact with the 6th and final race was made, and for the worse.
The TE (Terran empire), where advanced mechanical humans with the intent of controlling the entire solar system to themselves, and when a Yorian pioneer vessel hailed with the fleet orbiting the TE controlled planet, the Terrans opened fire and destroyed the vessel. Four days later the patrol ship orbiting Yor was also destroyed and out of the darkness of space came a massive TE fleet. The Terrans have decided that the Yor are not worthy to remain existent in this solar system, and should await extermination in 10 hours. After this message was sent globally, the Yorian fleet mobilized and proceeded to enter space and fight the first battle in Yorian history that took part in space.
I am a first Generation Yorian, I fought beside Emperor wolfblood against the Gasethians, I watched him free us from opression and extermination, I watched him unite the Anarakians with us, I was beside him when he died, I will not let his hard work be destroyed in vein by these...these....HERETICS, If these scum wish to destroy us, then we shall give them hell, may Stavern show them mercy, because I will not!

While Terran ships where designed to battle from a distance, Yorian ships closed in on the attackers and smashed right into their hull, breaking their line, and firing into the fronts and bridges of any ship not hit by the initial strike. The battle lasted a mere two hours with only 1 Yorian ship being destroyed, and hundreads of Terran ships.
After that battle, something was awoken inside the Yorian blood-lines, the same thing that makes them so notorious today. On that day, the Yorians re-experienced the blood lust and thirst for battle that their ancestors did far before history. When the Yorian invasion fleet reached the TE's now exposed planet, Yorian soldiers where incredibly determined and almost fanatical to get onto the ground.
The Terran global defense force listed of about 967,321,200 soldiers slapped into power armor, even with this many soldiers, their tanks and air force was numbered to less then 100,000. While the Yorians where fully prepared with billions of soldiers, millions of tanks, and thousands of single manned fighters.
As soon as the Yorian fleet reached the Terran home world, they proceeded to bombard the surface from orbit with their powerful Slug guns, turning entire city's to dust, and killings billions. But the Terrans where large in population, and if the Yor failed to take the planet, the Terrans would renumber in no time. After the bombardment, the Soldiers where rushed into Drop ships, and launched towards the surface, The first battle took place on land that the Terrans called, Victory bay. It was heavily fortified and carried a large Garrison of Terran soldiers.
When the dropships landed and the hatches opened, the Terrans where unprepared for the unrelenting onslaught and slaughter that would follow. Yorian soldiers fired head long into the lines, swords flung through the power armor, fists shred through the armor, and thousands of Terran soldiers where killed at a time, many dropped to their knees and begged for mercy but where quickly shot or cut down but the continuous attack. In less then 10 hours, Victory bay was conquered, and became a spear head for more troops to land on the ground. Alot changed in the Yor during that war. They became much more religious, praying to Stavern before each conflict and screaming his name as they charged into the enemy, the Yorian flag held high. Many became fanatical of him, believing in the legends of great warriors fighting in his name becoming powerful deity's over time. Markings and scriptures of stavern where strewn across walls, and even large symbols where brought into battle via transport.
although technically advanced, the Terrans stood no match against the Yorians massive strength, and fanatical devotion. In two years, the Terrans where wiped out, the Kaiser did not weep, he did not grief, but cheered alongside his brothers. And a new Reich was born.
Threats and hunts.
As the Yor spread throughout the universe, they encounter many different species and phenomenon's. Though they prefer to negotiate treaty's with any race they would come in contact with, many times the new encounters become threats or are so blasphemous and heretical, that the Yor will call a hunt or if the situation is dire, a crusade against this new threat or abomination.

The Syrakin crusade: The Syrakins are a race of insect like humanoids that thrive off domination, while the Yor colonize planets and only go to war when all other options are futile, the Syrakins will invade a planet without warning claiming that their "Great leader" demands their obedience, slaughtering and enslaving all natives on the planet.
during the year 320 A.E, the Syrakin empire invaded the Yorian planet of Mongra, murdering thousands of men,woman, and children in the initial landing. When the Military on Mongra mobilized and sent the Syrakins into retreat (murdering the stragglers and wounded in the process) The great Senate of Yor declared that the Syrakins act of war was blasphemous, claiming that their leader was far greater then the holy stavern, and where labeled heretics and demanded that all Syrakins to be put to the sword. Which lead to the Syrakin crusade with over 100 planets participating in the cleansing of the Syrakin filth.
the Syrakin crusades length: 320 A.E - Present.
False god hunt: Throughout the known universe, there are many beings claiming themselves to be some sort of deity. Either by inheriting some strange gift from beyond, hearing voices, finding powerful rune artifacts, etc. These individuals are called "False gods" and should be destroyed as soon as possible. The great Senate of Yor declared these blasphemers "heretics" after many claimed that Stavern did not exist and that only THEY where true gods.
These blasphemers confuse me, they try to intimidate my hunters with powers that the lowest rank Xenoforcer can display with ease. They demand to draw out my most powerful hunters in a one on one duel, and claim that our fire arms are "dishonorable". They demand that we fight them in close combat, while they try to intimidate us with thin swords that are useful only for slicing, and even then.
They charge head in, with a smug look on their face, trying to stop our rounds with their inferior steel, and even more illogical is that they claim themselves to be hundreds of years old. Even if they where gods they are weak and puny compared to the ancient and holy will of Stavern. I have yet to meet one of these here- no, Idiots that can defeat my men in battle.

Species
A ancient and sacred rule of warfare that the Yorians have kept with them for many years. "if they worship stavern, they are Yorian"
numerous species have abandoned their old ways to worship Stavern, and therefore have been accepted into the Reich with open arms.
Humans

Humans spread through countless planets, by either colonization or they where just there to start. Humans are usually used as Auxiliary units, but many times they have been stationed on enemy planets by themselves to proof themselves as true Yorians.
While Native Yorians enjoy getting into close combat with the enemys, the humans engage enemy's in a more tactical approach, buy fortifying positions and laying down a powerful line of defense to halt a enemy advance, and advancing themselves. When humans are on the advance they are usually supported by tanks or air units, many times both.
Trivia
-The Yorian where originally going to be lizardmen, but that design was cut for the more human approach.
-Most races are either made by me upfront, or by the help of some of my buddies.
-The "false god hunt" is actually a punch at the Rp cliche "I'm a god" thing, I generally hate that and express it via this.
