hello everypeoples, it's me, Ancara. I decided to finally post a topic here for comics. But not just any comics, oh no. This is for comics for a new series. The series? Pokemon: Fallout version.
here little FAQ to tell ya some important info:
Q: I guess this is just another pokemon comic, isn't it?
A: Ya may think that, but things are gonna be different from other pokemon comics.
Q: How so?
A: well for starters, no starter pokemon as the starting pokemon for characters; they'll only get them much later on(if they want). Also, the main character will not get much attention, unless it's for an important event (a.k.a. a gym battle, a rival battle, ect., ect.). Finally, the professor will live in a small, normal house, not a ginormous laboratory like all the others.
Q: Is this joinable?
A: Of course it is. What kind of dude would I be if I didn't allow people to join?
Q: What spots are joinable?
A: Basically, there are spots for the main dude's rival, trainers characters will face in battle, gym trainers, gym leaders, the elite 5(ya though i'd say 4, didn't ya?XD), the champion, a small group of people that travel together for different reasons, and at least a few cameos.
Q: How do you join?
A: it's easy to join. Just fill out da sheet below and yer set:

pokemon(trainers get from 1 to 2 to start with, but can get more in later comics. Guy leaders get from 1 to 5 pokemon, but they much stay to a certain type. Elite four get 6 pokemon of their choice. champions get 6 pokemon of their choice.):

Q: can you give us an example of this?
A: Sure, why not? Here's Robert, my dude:

personality: Robert's a nice guy, but his big mouth usually screws him over big time. He also loses his temper a lot, but he's a nice guy overall.

A: nope, it don't.
Q: It doesn't!? 0_o
A: nope. I decided to do any with tradition and make it so that any style (genesis, MMZ, advanced, custom, ect., ect) is okay to be in there, as long as they have the right poses. Consider it somthing new, something different from what other pokemon comics offer.
Q: what are 'the right poses'?
A: basically, they need the basic poses needed for the comic, which are: standing, movement, a pose holding a pokeball, a pose throwing said pokeball, a pose giving commands to yer pokemon, a victory pose(for when ya wanna gloat about your win), and a basic sitting pose(or whatever is closest to it).
Q: So, whats the storyline?
A: basically, it's many stories happening throught the series. there's a story about the main dude, who is trying his best to become champion of the kanto league. After that, he travels to many lands to try to be the champ of each league, but doesn't do it easily. There's a storyline about a small group of people that are each trying to complete their goals, and end up exploring the lands that exist around them. There's also little comedy skits that happen with the gym leaders, like the classic 'what do they do while they wait for us to fight them' joke. The champ's storyline is basically him delivering a can of whoop-ass on each of his opponents, and also showing what he does between matches, his personal life when he ain't battling, and a little kid constantly annoying him by asking him for a rematch.
Q: where will we get our sprites for the pokemon we'll be battling with?

A: don't worry about that my little friend. Each gym leader gets a neat little enterance to fit the theme of the gym leader, a badge(obviously), and will be known as second-tier characters(first-tiers characters are the main dues, second-tier dudes are guys that aren't main characters, but are important, third-tier are minor characters, and fourth-tier is everybody else).
Q: what region will this happen in?
A: It'll start in the Kanto region, and progress through all the regions in the pokemon world, in which some will even be new ones.
Q: where's our comic stuff? Da rules say you have to have something here first!

A: Just that as long as thier sprites and stuff is ready by the time they first appear(i'll PM ya when it is that time), and i'm good.
