"The Mobile infantry. Proud young citizens of the Federation are doing there parts."
"I'm doing my part!"
"I'm doing my part!"
A young child emerges from the ranks.
"I'M DOING MY PART TOO!"
The soldiers around him laugh at his comment.

"They're doing their part...Are you? Join up with the Mobile infantry, remember, Enlistment guarantee's citizenship!

In the far future. The human race has aligned under one banner, the Federation. Years later the human race launches to colonize space. But they are not alone........
Not long into the voyage, the human race discovers two alien races. The Skinnie....and the dredged Arachnids. When the Bugs attacked the city of Beunos aeris. The Federation declares war, and all hell breaks loose....

Mobile infantry units.

Cap troopers: Each Cap Trooper is as well equipped as Earth could make him. His Power Armour allows him to survive almost any environment for extended periods of time while jump packs put the mobile into Mobile Infantry. The armour also includes advanced targeting and sensor arrays that can be displayed directly into the trooper's visor, allowing him to gauge the level of threat on any battlefield. His Moritas rifle, linked into the advanced targeting systems of his armour, is capable of shredding even a Warrior Bug and is also equipped with an underslung grenade launcher with a wide variety of ammunition choices

M8 Marauder 'Ape': More famous than even the power suits worn by most Mobile Infantry, the M8 'Ape' Marauder suit enables a single trooper to take on whole bug swarms by himself - though it is usually best not to!

Available as either an upgrade to individual troopers in a squad or NCOs and officers, Marauder suits can also be deployed in complete squads within Marauder platoons. The M8 Ape is heavily armoured and bedecked with weaponry. Its fists carry the Morita Ape Special, a specially adapted design of the rifle carried by all troopers but with a much higher rate of fire. The shoulder-mounted Derringer light rotary cannon can mince through Warrior Bugs, while the back-mounted Trip Hammer mortar provides indirect artillery fire than can give even a Tanker Bug pause for thought. As if this were not enough, the Hellseed Y-Rack grenade launchers provide a measure of self-protection when the bugs begin getting too close.

Though heavy, jump jets provide the Ape Marauder with a good degree of agility, enabling them to always stay one step ahead of the Arachnid attack.

M9 Marauder 'Chicken hawk' : A more specialised Marauder variant than the Ape, the M9 'Chickenhawk' is designed as a mobile gun platform, capable of bringing huge amounts of firepower to any portion of the battlefield.

Though not as well armoured as the Ape, the Chickenhawk carries much heavier weaponry. The standard fit comprises a quick-firing Javelin missile launcher (capable of carrying Pee-Wee atomic warheads!) and a Sixgun rotary cannon. Optional weapon fits include the back-mounted Blizzard missile pack, a one-shot device that can tear huge holes in Arachnid swarms.

The chin mount can accept several weapon combinations, usually Utility Claws that provide some measure of defence in close combat and Twin Fifty autocannon. However, it can also take the Inferno support flamer, a short-ranged weapon capable of sweeping bugs away from any defensive position.

The autoloaders of the Chickenhawk allow it to use all of its weapons without fear of running out of ammunition in a standard battle and advanced targeting systems permit the pilot to use even heavy weapons such as the Javelin for reaction fire.

Available as an upgrade to any trooper mounted in an M8 Ape Marauder, the Chickenhawk is one of the finest gun platforms the Mobile Infantry can field.

Mobile infantry light armored troopers: The Light Armour MI were recruited for the ill-fated Klendathu Invasion and their vast numbers have ensured they will feature on many battlefields to come. Also representative of the militia based on many Federation Colonies, they are the brave warriors who hold the line against alien incursions when more sophisticated troopers are not available.

If you are looking for an army with massed rifle fire and the possibility of outnumbering even the Arachnids, a Light Armour Mobile Infantry platoon may be just the force for you!

Reliant gun platform:Deployable within minutes of an engagement, the Reliant Gun Platform is the standard defensive emplacement of the Mobile Infantry. Seen all over the galaxy, defending vital installations or deployed in the field in preparation of repelling a major Arachnid swarm, every trooper knows the Reliant is a highly-rated bug-killer! A single trooper can operate a Reliant and each can be configured with a choice of weaponry - Twin-Fifty Autocannon, Inferno Support Flamer, Javelin Missile Launcher, Bugbroom Support Laser, Rapier AA Missile Launcher or Scythe Laser Cannon.

Tac uav:Placed under the control of a senior trooper, a TAC UAV grants a squad a longer punch and better eyes. Circling above the battlefield, this craft is capable of reconnoitring an area and then lending support when the squad moves in. Twin Fifty autocannon and two Scatter Bombs give the TAC UAV a punch that cannot be underestimated and its ability to stay on station for hours before retiring to the rear lines to rearm and refuel enables a force to remain under its cover for whole operations.

More to come as RP moves on.

Arachnid forces:
Arachnid warriors:very angry, very loyal and very large Warrior Bugs. the galaxy's perfect soldiers. Completely unafraid in the face of battle, fast moving, resistant to incoming fire and capable of ripping apart even heavily armoured vehicles, the Warrior Bugs are the mainstay of the Arachnid army and a huge swarm of them is terrifying to behold.

Hopper bugs: Slightly lighter in build than the Warrior Bugs, Hoppers more than make up for this in sheer speed and power. Supremely fast and agile, Hopper Bugs gather in swarms to sweep across the battlefield. Moving at full speed, they are capable of decapitating the most heavily armoured trooper before sweeping out of sight. They can dodge the most determined attacks and even rise high into the sky to attack incoming missiles and TAC Fighters.

Firefries:Likely derived in some way from the blister bug, the Firefry is a lightweight species that can leap enormous distances and then deliver a spew of volatile chemicals that ignite with oxygen. This torrent of flame can consume troopers and Marauders alike, making the Firefries a deadly foe to face on the battlefield.

Tankers:Capable of tunnelling alongside Warrior Bugs as part of an assault, the Tanker bug is a huge Arachnid used to batter through Mobile Infantry lines, absorbing tremendous amounts of firepower.

As well as being a tough brute in close combat, the Tanker Bug is also equipped with a high-powered caustic flame weapon that can literally dissolve an entire squad of Mobile Infantry or even a Marauder.

Guard bugs:Guard bugs are a gigantic breed of warrior bug, engineered for sheer power and brutality. Almost unstoppable in combat, only directed heavy weapons have a chance of bringing down a swarm of guard bugs before they close with their enemies. Once in close combat, they are unbeatable. They have been developed by the Arachnids to remove the weaknesses of normal warrior bugs discovered by veteran Troopers. As well as thicker armour, guard bugs have enhanced reflexes, more powerful attacks and a more evenly distributed nervous system that makes attempts at one-shot kills useless.

More to come as Rp roles along.
