I've liked this girl for a loong time now and well she's a cheerleader, the thing is I'm afraid dating a cheerleader will make me a complete unhumble asshole. The thing is she's been really nice to me and such and I want to be her only one. So I ask you tfsers who have obviously had hundreds of girlfriends what I should do.

b) From what I assume you're afraid of some sort of image you might portray to others. Now, in my experience, to hell with what people think. As long as you like her and she likes you, everyone else can kiss your ass, for all they care. That's the only thing that should matter, period! There is no such thing as popularity...there is only the people you hang out with and the girl, who you're willing to anything for.

But that's just my opinion

c) I like cake.

Cheerleaders? We've got none in Brasil, 'cuz we don't need cheerleading, but as far as I can see from movies they are steriotipically daddy's girls who think they are better than the other girls.

But I don't believe in steryotipes, and all I understood by reading your post is "I like a girl, but I'm afraid I'll become an asshole for having her as a girlfriend"

The solution, I'm afraid to say, it's very simple:

Don't become an asshole after starting to date her.

There we go, everyone is happy, yes? It's not like by dating her you will turn down all your beliefs and become a neo-nazi or something.
