A while back, my dad got real pissed off and started a website. I guess it can be qualified as a "independent media analysis", meaning he reads other news sources and compare them to eachother, then gives it with as little bias as possible. Occasionally, he'll include fun jokes or rants, but he takes it seriously most of the time.
