Personality: He is not Cold like his grandfather, he is a friendly guy and is a star member of the Legion
Skills: Martial Arts Master, Techno Genius
Background: When he was about 15 years of age he discovered the batcave in his grandfather's basement... he found out his secret and took up the super hero career
Relations:Grandson Of Bruce Wayna- AKA the batman

Identity: William Solsky

Race: Artificial being

Powers: Absorbs energies of the netherworld and transforms them into a shadowy substances that he manipulates. He can create tentacles, spikes, armor and other such pleasant things from it. He can use the energies of the netherwold to currupt objects.
Appearance: While not drawing power from the nether, he looks normal. 6'1' with already graying hair [the rest of him looks his age though], black eyes and so&so handsome looks. When in his hero form, his entire body is enveloped in shadow. For lack of words people who have wtinessed him refer to this darkness as shadows, for in reality they seem to suck up all light, as if one could walk in and be lost forever in an eternal lightless void.

Personality: To the people who know him as Will, he is just another volunteer teacher at the local school. Smart, helpful and caring to his students. Somebody who you would find pleasant to converse with. He has never spoken to anyone in his true [hero] form however. He avoids all contact with heroes and people alike when under the shadows.

Skills: He is very agile and acrobatic in his moves. Prefering stealth over direct combat if possible. When in combat, he adapts to the situation. Often finding a way around or using his opponents' strengths against them.

Background: William Solsky. A name he came up with when reading historical records of his "inventors". He was the masterpiece creation of the League of the Fallen, a group of ex-super villains who had been severely crippled in their exploits or were far beyond their primes. They carried out many covert missions to collect the residual essences of deseased heroes and villains. They aimed they make new bodies for themselves

They successfully created Hul Mantelen [hollow shell one]. Only the Imbuement and Insertion processes awaited. Once development was completed, they carried out the Hul Mantelen imbuement, inserting a portal of the very nethers of existence into the fibres of its being.

However during the insertion process which followed, the shell rejected the chosen member, killing her. The project was delayed indefinately. The now senile members grew desperate and paranoid. They turned on each other, each thinking the others were involved in some sort of treachery.

Three years later, in the wreckage of their base, Hul Mentelen walked amongst their corpses. It took three years for the consciencness, which had developed from the glut of so many great people's essences, to mature. Traces of memories lured in its mind, when it interacted with objects it soon learnt how to use them. It was consumed in a frenzied appetite for knowledge or any sort of stimuli. All of the leagues availabe knowledge [in form of records and diaries] was used to satisfy its craving.

It soon grew tired of the base and ventured into the world, to experience new things rather than just read and know of them. It created its false identity, made itself a new life and grew very curious of the world of heroes which the league had been obssesed to destroy. Though it had fully realised its own nature, its original reason for being and its abilities, it had no inspiration or drive to be evil. It only wished to learn and experience, it fill the emptiness of its early years.

Relations: Developed from the essences of many fallen heroes [and villains] of ages past.

Anything else: The name "Interloper" is what he has come to be known as by others due to Williams tendency to travel, encounter and either intervene in battles between heroes and villains or the missions being carried out by them. Many wish to know what the intentions of this dark dues ex machina are, though in truth there is non.
