Title: May be Dieing? XD
Storm - August 7, 2007 06:11 AM (GMT)
Dunno if this counts much as a life issue but...
Sometime within this week I've either been bitten by a spider or stung or something injected something into my arm and it's got a little bump, and then a big circle around it.
Yesterday it was about the size of a ping-pong ball, but right now it looks like sumone took a baseball and pegged me right in the arm with it.
So...I dunno. I may be dieing.

...Go to the doctor. It's infected.
Mewchu11 - August 7, 2007 07:10 AM (GMT)
Trust me, no insect based poison is potent enough to kill someone yet take so long to work. It's probably infected, or at the least having a horrid allergic reaction.
The bite won't kill you but the blood poisoning from not treating the infection might.
-Go to the doctor

Umm, Mewchu11, you might not know about the fun things that a Brown Recluse Spider is capable of then. If bitten in the right place, they can kill a full grown human. One of my buddies over here got bitten by one right after we got here. He got it taken care of, but now he has a big indent on his leg from where they had to cut it out.
-More reasons for me to hate spiders.
Keeper Takura - August 7, 2007 08:09 AM (GMT)
It isn't a brown recluse Freak, it doesn't make a ring around the bite and by now there would be sever pain and itching in the area
but best idea is the doctors, get it examined.
To me, it sounds like an allergic reaction :O

Relax, go to a doctor and get it checked out. If anything it's probably what everybody else has said, it being an allergic reaction or an infection.
Jamer - August 7, 2007 09:59 AM (GMT)
DON'T DIE NICK!
WE NEEEEED YOU!
And besides, your cool XD
you need to see a Doctor, man.
Athias - August 7, 2007 11:24 AM (GMT)
Wait, where do you live, around virginia? Because theres a spider around there which has a potent skin-toxin (forgot what it was called >.>) which causes massive amounts of swelling (And I mean MASSIVE). It's nickname is the violin spider or something.
Jim the Fox Magi - August 7, 2007 12:53 PM (GMT)
A bite with a ring around it? You better get to the doctor ASAP. That sounds like an infected tick bite to me.
Venge - August 7, 2007 05:50 PM (GMT)
I'm sorry Nick, but were going to have to saw off your arm. We also don't have sedatives, so you will have to feel all of it. Pity for you.
~But seriously, go to the doctor.
Joe The Hedgehog - August 7, 2007 06:02 PM (GMT)
I think you get it by now, but go to the doctor Nick.
It is most likely just an allergic reaction, or an infection, but go to the doctors ASAP.
