That is my latest Deviant, you have to download the pic to see what the guy in the window is saying, so sorry 'bout that.

*Puts on his Constructive Critical Criticizing Hat*
Kay, Starting on top.
Person on the left looks fat. There's an enter sign in the background on top of some doors(?), but nothing else. Add more than that in th background.
The only reason I think they're doors is the enter sign, at first I thought it was a strange box, or maybe a ginormous lamp.
Second Panel!
There's a TV(?) on the ground now, and some feet, which seem to be foating. To fix the floating feet, make them sit on the ground flat, and make the pants either fall around them if baggy, or just stop at the ankles if they're shorter. Last question: Is the TV Bleeding?
Also, what are those two bubbles? Expressions? Rain? Ghosts? Lose the ghosts/rain/expressions, they're confusing and don't make any sense.
Final Panel!
Kay, no the guy in the window is telling them it was a computer he dropped, but he was obviously wrong as there was no effort in your comic to show the Computer falling. Also, it was a TV. I stand firm in my beliefs. The people's necks are hugenormous. Why? It looks like the guy(Or is it it girl? Neither of them had breats, sooo...?) on the right could have had a decently sized neck, but it looks like you intentionally threw in another line just to mess him up.
Also, their hair does not look attatched. At all. The person on the right has to big hair, and his head does not seem to expand int the hair to hold it up. THEN the person on the left has to large a head and not enough hair to fit it.
Then, the background. You colored the people, but what about the towering buildings? Why is the confused man dropping his TV out of a hole in the air? Where is his building? Why is there only a building on the right? You should make him a building, because it's obvious you didn't try very hard on the backgrounds.
Overview!
Basically, make the people better, heads fitting hair, feet on the ground. Pro Tip: Girls have breasts.
Also Backgrounds, make them there. Make them less confusing.
Story board problems: For some reason that guy dropped his TV on the ground, but you didn't even show it. I assumed it was just there, on the ground form the beginning. You should have shown the TV falling, next to the characters heads, them acting in shock, jumping away. Next panel, the guy in the window saying he's sorry, characters looking up at him in a bad mood, hair ruffled 'cause the jumped the Hell out the way to avoid TV implemented concussions. If you can't get that down, never do comics. Ever.
Ummm, none off the characters are girls XD
And well thanks for the criticism but this is just the way I draw, so I can't change any of it ^^U
