I've been getting lots of Fs lately and i dont know why...I'm regularly a average B student but since so many things have been happening around my life my grasp on school seems to slip away and now I'm the second to the worst kid in the class. My parents gave me a lecture and so has my teachers. But i just keep getting Fs...I'm going to have to get a retake of the 11th grade if my grades dont rise.Plus my best friend was involved in a car accident and is in a wheel chair yesterday when he was going to to my house. Also my grampa just died yesterday at 4:65...and lots of things are so messed up...note:Its summer and my Fs for the 11th grade have been confirmed and im going to summer school so we're actually talking about that...can you tell me whats wrong with me or anyways to cheer up?My life has been so depressing i wish all of that could just be easily swept away...

Whoa, I hope this line doesn't mean you are considering suicide. It's not pretty. Many of these problems are temporary. They won't simply vanish, but they won't be around until the end of your life. At least summer school isn't as bad as repeating a grade. I have never had problems with bad grades, as I'm in the top 10% of my class, however, I want to help fix the problem.
First Question: Have you been distracted from studying (if you normally are a hard studier), or are you a student who absorbs information?
P.S. My prayers go to your grandfather

No such thing, mate.
But, anyway, I certainly hope things start getting better for you. I had a similar problem this year, during the tenth grade, but I had sports along with it, which made me all the more busy.
I can't say what's wrong with you, because I'm not sure anything is. It's probably normal for those who have alot of things on their mind. Of course, the fact that you're dwelling on such things that cannot be fixed will not help you. You should get past all of that, and concentrate on the now.
At least, that's the way I see it.
