Mine would probably be Sakura before Shippudden.

I don't like the majority of the Naruto characters, personally. The only one I don't hate that much is the one with the grey hair and band over his eye. (Forgot his name)

for the life of me, I hate Hakudoshi from Inu Yasha with a passion. Other candidates are Invader Dr. Saotome from SGR:A and Pride from FMA

I hate Shippo and Kagome from Inuyasha.

Gorgeous from Maze. "I'm evil and I kill anything that is prettier than me!" This guy got on my nerves a lot, his only redeeming quality was that he used Necro-Mechs. Nothing makes you say "O Poopie!" like a forty foot tall Skeleton about to lay the smack-down on you!

Without a doupt, mine's Sasuke of Naruto. I mean he has it all, money, women, everybody loves him, but he doesn't give two shits about that stuff. Don't get me wrong, I know he lost his family and all, but quite frankly he needs to stop complaining about that stuff and focus on what he has (or had before he joined Orochimaru).

Anime characters that I hate (who also royally piss me off)
• Naraku: Everyone knows Naraku, the pissed-off demon-human hybrid who framed Inuyasha for Kikyo's death, cursed Miroku's family, turned Sango's brother to the dark side (for a short time), and is generally a major dickhead. He never fights fair, which I guess is expected for a villain, but seriously. He's a pretentious ass.
• Orochimaru: This snaky son of a bitch is a traitorous scumbag who wants to take over the ninja world and destroy the very village he was raised in. 'Nuff said.
• Hazanko: I believe everyone who's seen Outlaw Star can agree with me that this motherfucker fits the bill as a ruthless, cold-hearted dumbass who wants what every villain wants (ultimate power).
• Captain Smoker: I don't guess Smoker's a villain, like the first three I mentioned, but he's got some seriously unfair advantages in his Devil Fruit powers. Luffy can't even get a good HIT on the man!
• Sousuke Aizen: I don' trust the bastard. I've read up on BLEACH, I hear what he wants to do. I just don' trust him.
• Vanilla Iced: This bastard killed Iggy in Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. I LIKED IGGY.
• Dante: Cheating woman who creates human wannabe clones and wants immortality. Thank god Gluttony eats the bitch.

Martina from Slayers NEXT, for those of you that have never seen that show, trust me, she's annoying.

• Naruto - I cannot stand him. His voice is VERY annoying. Be-LIEVE it.
  
• Sasuke - "Hello, My name is Sasuke Uch-emo. And despite that Gaara and I are the same age as Naruto and almost everyone else, we both sound about eight years older than them. I never actually figured it out myself...I'd try to figure out why both of us seemed to have gone through about five years of Puberty before Neji and Rock Lee, but I to whine about how I'm not strong enough to kill my brother and then go to Michale Jackson-err I mean Orochimaru's Emo farm to train right about now...LOOK AT MY UBER HAND-WINGS!! Eh, screw you Sakura, Naruto, and Kakashi...Orochimaru's Emo Farm is where I belong."
  
• Sakura - I do not know how ANYONE can stand her voice, English AND Japanese. I don't know how you can listen to her without getting a brain tumor.
  
• Kagome - "INUYASHA! INUYASHA! INUYAAASSSHAAAA!" god, put a sock in it already!
  
• Kikyo - "I still hate Inuyasha even though it's been proven that he's not the one who killed me 50 years ago...so I think I'm gonna just get back at the one who DID kill me by playing both sides, and then he will try to kill me again."
  
• Naraku - "I am the villain who cannot die. No matter what, you cannot kill me, for I will always escape at the very last second and come back even more powerful, even after god-knows-how many seasons."
  
• Cream the Rabbit - I think this one's pretty obvious as to why.
  
• Ash Ketchum - Dumb as a rock.

By "hate" I mean it in a plot sort of way, not a "I hate you 'cause your pretentious/emo/annoying/bitchy/etc." I would have to say Envy from Full Metal Alchemist. He's a sneaky, underhanded bastard, (Most villains are, what can I say?) but I hated him, unlike the other Homunculi ('cept maybe for Pride, but they show him as a bit more honorable than Envy before they reveal him to be Pride so it wasn't AS bad, in my book), because he was truly evil. Not much else to say...

Well I only have two I really don't like

Jin (Bleach) - I never trust that fox-faced man. I don't care if he is funny I still don't trust him. HIS FACE REMINDS ME OF A KEATON! AND THE KEATON MASK! Then I automatically think of Majora's Mask and I feel like punching babies

Helba/Herba (FF:U) - God, GOD, GOD! Do I want to hurt her. Hug-hug,Hug-hug,Hug-hug,Hug-hug,Hug-hug,Hug-hu-OH SHUT UP ALREADY! I had my way with her chuck her into a wood chipper and make her into mulch! HER AND HER LITTLE HUG HUGS!

I see nobody's mentioned Shinji Ikari of Eva fame.
Ugh, there were so many times I wanted to slap that whinny sob. Even after looking at the piss poor life he's had, with that jerkass father, bitchy Asuka, and all the other crap that poor world's been through, I still couldn't bring myself to liking him.
