Title: Somethings wrong here
Description: The one in which Mewchu fucking loses it
Venge - June 18, 2007 03:33 AM (GMT)
She doesn't kick like she used to. Anybody have any ideas why?
Dehgan - June 18, 2007 03:33 AM (GMT)
A lot of the kickers are gone?
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 03:33 AM (GMT)
I blame you.
-everyone pile on the scapegoat
Streea Barra - June 18, 2007 03:33 AM (GMT)
I think we kicked them out.

I'm trying to be serious here. I honestly want to know. I mean, in the older days TFS wasn't divided so much like it seems to be now. I think, thats one of the main reasons. Seems like there is just, two groups, and people in between. People who "tunafish" and people who "Don't."
I just want to address the situation at hand before we fall down the deep end.
Dehgan - June 18, 2007 03:36 AM (GMT)
What aobut the people in the middle? People with Minor Tunafish?

I would call them the people who don't post to much. Or who are liked by both groups, for some things and hated for others.

Blame the internet as a whole, message boards aren't as cool as they used to be in the face of newer "web 2.0" shitte. Add to that the fact that people grow up and eventually leave to do other things. The core group that made TFS awesome has now almost entirely dispersed and small bits of them can only really be seen if you manage to strong arm your way into the interconnected web of Livejournals they possess.
When TFS was united there was FOR SIGMAR, now with everyone working towards there own personal goals and lacking any real sort of sense of group pride most of the people who came here seeking it returned to private grounds, and the gated community that was TFS moved away almost entirely with it.
I am a minority of users who didn't give up even when the board truly started to tend towards idiocy. Now I watch over these ruins with a ragged band of brothers from a different time, thinking of ways to rebuild what once was lost.
-So yeah, there you go.
Alastor Blackrose - June 18, 2007 03:48 AM (GMT)
I'd like to think that I joined with the freedom fighters to help rebuild, but meh. That could be debated somewhat.
Venge - June 18, 2007 03:51 AM (GMT)
Well, to be honest, I like TFS as much as you. I'd hold onto it just as long as you if I had the chance. But I don't think it will come down to that, because there are more people then me who will do it, whom already have higher authority then me.
But the fact of the matter is, TFS is dieing. Slowly but surly, TFS is going down a hill. And I believe the hill to start picking up pace right about now.
The admins and mods have ideas, to which might bring TFS some life, but from my eyes, will just delay the inevitable. It's got to be a combination of those ideas, plus the fact that, TFS isn't the glory it was long ago. Heck, we don't even welcome people with open arms anymore. Everyone flames TTA just because a few people. Which, I'm sorry for because I did the same thing. But I will not be so ignorant anymore.
But I have digressed long enough. What I'm saying is, TFS is no longer the family it was before. And, boards thrive on being a family. We need to obtain that once again, or else it will come down to just Mewchu and Iota and Bill, and few others, holding the shattered glass that is TFS.
Streea Barra - June 18, 2007 03:54 AM (GMT)
I happen to be one of those small gems which light this desert of a place c:
Anyways, the original TFS has left. Few of their numbers stayed to see it to the end. The forum is now made of three groups: "TTArds" "SIdiots" and "Those who just chip in every now and then for amusement when stuff is actually funny, otherwise just lurk".
Plus, the original community was based around comics, since a lot of bigshots used to have TFS as their forums. They have since either stopped updating or just left for their own forums.
If we could get new comics, we might have a chance.

Well everything inevitable if you give it enough time. That's the price you pay for living in a world where time passes. Stop being so damn negative about delaying it, that's pretty much what life is all about, a delay of the inevitable. I have some faith in the next plan we'll be unleashing some time in the nearish future, so stop preaching apocalypse and try to smile more.
-Sorry guys, it's very secretive.
0ctane - June 18, 2007 03:59 AM (GMT)
Let's keep the family together now, kay?
---
I like TFS, probably a lot more than the next guy, but not as much as some (Who woulda guessed?). I spend most of my time here, because i really have nothing else to do. I've probably accumulated more time here than any where else in the last year or two I've been present. Mostly keeping to the bottom two sub forums for the past year or so, I haven't really been known by people. Recently, and obviously, I've come out of that shell. And yes, I have noticed the lack of awesome people. Right now there's not nearly as many as we'd like to think, and it is disturbing. I really, really wouldn't like TFS to die, because then I would have absolutely nothing to do (Until certain games come out).
EDIT: I smiled.

..*shrug*
Alright, if a zip on my words will make you happy, thats what will happen. But is that really solving the problem?
Edit: I have nothing more to say so, you may lock or do whatever you want with this topic. I however will not post in it.

Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:13 AM (GMT)
Fuck this, I'm telling them our plan.
ON AUGUST 1ST, 2007, WE WILL MAKE A SECOND FALLOUT SHELTER. THIS ONE WILL BE HIDDEN TO EVERYBODY (BUT YOU!) AND WILL CONTAIN EVERYBODY WHO DOES NOT SUCK/ANNOY OTHERS. WE HOPE THAT WE CAN GET THE BETTER MORE ENJOYABLE MEMBERS ONTO TFS 2.0 AND START THE GOLDEN DAYS ONCE MORE.
'kay?
Streea Barra - June 18, 2007 04:15 AM (GMT)
. . .
*puts the duct tape back on Wolf's mouth*
Sorry folks, thought it'd be safe for a minute D:
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 04:16 AM (GMT)
HE'S LYING, WE'RE REALLY PLANING TO START UP A RETAIL BUSINESS CENTERED ABOUT THE FREE EXCHANGE OF EXOTIC PETS FOR SEXUAL FAVORS. IT WILL BE CALLED TFS FUCKS FOR FERRETS.
-IT'S GONNA BE HUEG
Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:18 AM (GMT)
NO HE'S LYING, BUT I WAS WITH THE FIRST POST TOO.
OUR REAL PLAN IS TELLING THE FBI THAT EACH AND EVERY MEMBER THAT WE DO NOT LIKE IS A PEDOPHILE, THUS KEEPING THEM OFF THE INTERNET FOR QUITE A WHILE.
Fantastic plan if I do say so myself.
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 04:20 AM (GMT)
YOU FOOL, BY INTENTIONALLY LYING YOU'VE FORCED ME TO TELL THE TRUTH. TFS WILL HERE TO FORE NO LONGER BE CALLED TFS, WE WILL BE CALLED FALLING COVER. IT SOUNDS MORE WEB 2.0 AND ALSO WILL COME WITH A BRAND NEW INTERFACE CONTROLED ENTIRELY THROUGH PAYPAL!
-FUCK YEAH!
Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:26 AM (GMT)
YOU IDIOT, STOP TELLING THEM THE FAKE PLAN.
OKAY, THE REAL, REAL, REAL, REEEEAL PLAN IS WE'RE GOING TO COMPLETELY CHANGE THE FORUM AND EVERYTHING WHILE EVERYBODY IS ASLEEP. SO WHEN PEOPLE LOG IN THEY'LL THINK SOMEBODY SCREWED WITH THEIR BOOKMARKS OR TFS WAS SOLD OUT.
-Fabulous~
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 04:29 AM (GMT)
WHO WOULD EVEN BELIEVE THAT?! THE TRUTH IS THAT WE'VE MASTERED TIME TRAVEL, AND PLAN TO RESTORE TFS TO ITS FORMER GLORY THE MANUAL WAY! WE ALREADY SENT CREEPY THROUGH BUT HE NEVER CAME BACK, ALAS POOR CREEPY, YOUR QUANTUM DECONSTRUCTION SHANT BE IN VAIN!
Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:32 AM (GMT)
OH AND WHAT ABOUT YOU? WHAT WE'VE DONE FOR REAL IS STRAPPED A BOMB TO MEWCHU'S VIRTUAL CHEST. IN APPROXIMATELY 24 HOURS IT WILL EXPLODE, GETTING RID OF MEWCHU'S ADMIN STATUS.
THEREFORE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIKE MEWCHU WILL REJOICE AND START POSTING AGAIN.
Rep-re-fucking-sent.
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 04:35 AM (GMT)
WELL YOU KNOW WHAT, THE TRUTH IS THAT-
WAIT...
You mean there are people who DON'T like me?!
That's not true... it can't be...
I'm just so awesome...
-so awesome it hurts...
Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:36 AM (GMT)
Wolf = 1
Mewchu = 0
game over m8.
Streea Barra - June 18, 2007 04:36 AM (GMT)
Wolf - June 18, 2007 04:38 AM (GMT)
That won't be necessary, as I went into retirement after such a victory.
Streea Barra - June 18, 2007 04:38 AM (GMT)
But... all good fights have a round two... D:
Mewchu11 - June 18, 2007 04:39 AM (GMT)
You shouldn't declare game over with a foe who can warp the very stuff of reality...
NOW BEGINS A TIME OF BADNESS
