Title: TFS League Team match
Description: Aaron and Marock VS the spellblade twins

Athias - June 11, 2007 09:41 PM (GMT)
((Rules: The basics, No godmodding, KO or death means you lose, ETC. Also, since this is a rather large area, there are no ring outs.

Setting: The Dargon Empire
The Dargon Empire was once the largest and strongest empire in the world, thousands strong, and incredibly massive, the empire was known not only for its military might, but it’s incredible strategies, thought up by the king himself. Though, the king eventually succumbed to a strange illness and soon died, leaving his youngest son in charge (Under very strange conditions.). However, his son was a fool, his strategies were poor, and Dargon started to lose even easy battles. The empire remained relatively strong until a new empire, the Shiran Empire, came along, and defeated Dargon in a war that lasted 10 years, in which the empire was completely destroyed, and the capital was ruined.
---
After almost 100 years, Dargon is still deserted, inhabited by only treasure hunters, adventures, and criminals on the lamb. It’s magnificent marble buildings are falling apart, and due to the heavy amounts of magical residue remaining there, the weather is sporadic, and several sinkholes have started to form.
-----
Dargon is littered with traps, unique and dangerous magical creatures and crumbling buildings. Even the strongest of warriors should be wary when entering this hellhole.))

The strange, once human, now monstrosity named Marock slunk (slinked?) forward towards his partner, a rather imposing man if he did say so himsef, so hopefully he would live up to his looks. At the moment, Marocks twisted shape was more intended for defense then anything else. Rib-like bone structures potruded out of Marocks arm, the pointes of which were bloodied. The montrosities' nails were now more beastial than human, shape points which poked out of his fingertips. Two large plates of bone jutted out of his back causing his spine to arched in a way which forced him to move in a sort of crawl.
"I'll be the sheild," he said in a voice that sounded as sweet as honey and yet as rough as gravel at the same time, an erie combination which he had gotten from toying with his voice box, "and you be the sword. We might not have high calbier magic on our side, but I think I should suffice."

The white haired black skinned boy nodded, feeling his adrenaline begin to pump, and, as it so happened, the pain come with it. he ran a finger along his scarred left arm, the one holding the spear of the Black Sun.

The Adrenaline in his blood caused his body pain, the result of a curse his Father, the Black Sun, placed on him when he was younger, for betraying dear ol' dad.

"I intend to." Said Aaron, scanning the dilapidated scenery for the Twins. He wanted to get this over with so he could calm down and sleep.

((So sorry for the delay, life and allergy season have been cramping my creativity.))

Suddenly, a crimson-bladed sword embedded itself in the ground a somwhat short distance away from the waiting team. Standing above the spot it had landed on what had perhaps once been a gate was the Spellblade twins. They both jumped in unison, the sun providing a nice backdrop before they landed where the sword stood. "Sorry to keep you waiting," Dash jeered, pulling his sword from the ground and pointing it at the other team, "I hope you used the time to get ready for the hurt we're about to put on you, 'cause we're still pissed about our last match." Diane, meanwhile, seemed to be marveling at the ruins around her, "strong magic was once worked here," she said in an airy voice, then she seemed to snap back to reality, "we'll see if it can handle something of my level." she them pointed ominously to the sky and muttered, "The spotlight shines for but a moment, yet the applause roars." Suddenly, out of nowhere a bolt of lightning struck at the waiting pair.

0ctane - June 14, 2007 03:34 AM (GMT)
Aaron jumped forwards at the twins when Diane began talking, ticked off that they were making him wait. For his bed. Aaron elongated the Black Sun Spear, aiming it for Dash's left shoulder, as the lightning went off behind him.

Now, an inexpereince, or dumb fighter wouldn't expect something of the sort, but Marock had been fighting for years, and he had grown to expect that. Magic users weren't the most subtle of folk, often grinning oddly, or using a line they beleived to be, before using an attack. Marock found the fact that magic users did this while using a surprise attack laughable, as it ruined any potential surprise. Now marock was guilty of occasionally muttering a line he thought was cool before using an attack, but never a surprise attack. Back on track, due to Marocks knowledge of fighting, he jumped out of the way seconds before the attack hit the ground.
Now, oddly enough, the bolt split the ground, something which electric magic shouldn't have done to stone. There were a few possibilities for this; currently, the instability of the place increased the power of magic at times, and decreased it at other times, the stone itself was full of so much magical residue, it was unstable, or the stone was hollow, and there was probably a cave or some buildings under it. Marock made a mental note to himself; this could be useful assuming it was the latter. It could be a good strategy, but now he should focus on the immediate battle, he couldn't plan anything if he wasn't sure what his opponent’s basic strategy would be.
"Do I scare you?" Marock asked Diane bluntly, "if not strength wise, then appearance wise? After all, how could anyone not be scared or disgusted at such a pathetic being such as me. My skin is bloody and bruised, muscles and bones are sticking out of me, and my eyes are blood shot. Though, I guess this guise is... misleading… While I look like a devil but I'm really an angel, a vigilante who destroys though who stray from the path of light. And for this fight, I feel a different form would be more appropriate, especially to take on a magic user, I'll take on the form which resembles me the best."
The bones sticking out of Marock’s back started to grow much larger, and started to take on a different shape. The two large plates of bone were groFOR SIGMARg flesh and feathers, until they resembled, no, were, large FOR SIGMARgs with golden feathers. The bones protruded from his flesh recoiled, and his thick figure thinned slightly, making him light enough for his FOR SIGMARgs to work. Finally, his twisted voice and face changed, his voice now lacked its rough quality, and his facial features improved, his nose shrinking slightly, his teeth straightening, his rough skin softened appearance wise and his hair took on a shade of gold similar to that of his FOR SIGMARgs.
“Now, let me show you what an angel such as me can do!” Marock said, forcing a sharp bone through the top of his hand, sticking his fist forward, using the bone like a spear and rushing towards Diane.

"Hmph, you think we're afraid of you?" Dash sneered as he deflected Aaron's spear attack upwards with his sword, then sidestepped in front of his sister to defend her from Marock's attack. "You've got nothing on us," Diane added, throFOR SIGMARg a fireball across at Aaron.

Athias - June 16, 2007 02:27 PM (GMT)
Before he collided with Dash, Marock made a sudden swerve upwards, flying almost straight up. He realized that, despite his burst of passion, his favorite form would not be the best one in this situation. So, mid-air, Right over the twins, he started to change. His form started to shift back into it's orriginal shape, with extra bone covering his arms and legs, to protect him from what was about to happen. His wings quickly changed back into the plates, his spine arched oddly again, and he curled up into a ball.

Then he fell.

As marock transformed, he was starting to fall, but loosing the wings sped up the process. Soon, Marock was coming down like a cannon ball towards the twins. As he fell, a small rope of strong muscle and flesh grew out of his shoulder. If he didn't at least graze the twins, which he hopefully would, he had a back up plan.

duskstalker - June 22, 2007 05:36 PM (GMT)
Diane was currently focused on Aaron, hoever, Dash had been watching Marock and his attempt at going Stone Kirby on the siblings. He grabbed his sister and carried her just out of the way of the falling bone... thing. The shockwave from Marock's impact sent the twins to the ground a few feet away.

((was waiting for Aaron, but I suppose he was waiting, too))

0ctane - June 23, 2007 09:05 PM (GMT)
The fireball hit Aaron, his spear going back to its normal length. The blast of heat made Aaron fly to the side, and he grunted in pain, he hit the floor and rolled a bit, the fire going out quickly. Aaron kneeled for a second, the pain diminishing a little, and pulled himself up, and charged Diane, elongating his spear and aiming for Diane's leg.

Marock slowly emerged from the crater he had caused, instantly realising two things, the first was that not all of th city was hollow, and the second was that he was using up way to much energy. He would have to be a bit sloppy while transform if he was going to conserve it, but sloppy was something he was used to. He tried to move his legs, only to find that they were completly smashed, and unable to move. So, he fused the two legs together, and replaced the end, where the two feet would meet, with a spike made of bone. In the end, Marock looked a lot like a horribly mutilated Naga.

As luck would have it, the twins were knocked down by the shockwave caused by his fall, and probably hadn't fully recovered. And, as if that wasn't good enough, his partner had thrown his spear at the spell caster, which would probably distract them for a second, Just what Marock needed. He thrust his sharp, bont hand forward, aiming for Dash's ankle, hoping to either grab it or cutit with his claws.

duskstalker - July 5, 2007 06:02 PM (GMT)
Diane was still stunned from having been knocked to the side so suddenly, so Dash had to cover for her again. With a quick swing of his sword, Dash managed to deflect Aaron's spear just enough for it to drive itself harmlessly into the ground. Unfortunately, the cost of this defence was that Dash was unable to see Marock's attack coming.

Athias - July 13, 2007 03:20 PM (GMT)
Marock grabbed Dash's ankle and held it tight, his bony fingers digging into the boys flesh. He dragged his foe down ino the small pit he had created after his fall, and attempted to slice through his head with his spare hand.

0ctane - July 13, 2007 10:39 PM (GMT)
Aaron dug the spear in to the ground, and holding on tightly, shortened the spear, making him fly towards Diane, his spear still neatly dug into the ground. Aaron held out his hand to grab Diane's head, hoping his plan would work.
