Title: I feel like shit
Ekoi - May 29, 2007 08:58 PM (GMT)
I feel like shit, but I don't know why I am feeling like shit.
It feels like everything in my chest is falling into my stomich.
Any clue of what could be causing this?
DisgruntledPostalEmployee - May 29, 2007 09:17 PM (GMT)
How long have you felt like this?
armadilloHD - May 29, 2007 09:34 PM (GMT)
Well how you describe it, it sounds like something's wrong with your stomach, not your mental state. Try getting a physical.
Digitalpotato - May 29, 2007 09:51 PM (GMT)
What other symptons do you have, and how long have you been having them?
If it's been like this for a week or more and accompanies something else, then you might want to get a doctor's opinion. If it goes away after a day, it might just be something that didn't agree with you.

Your upper torso organs need to be re-glued.
Ekoi - May 30, 2007 01:22 AM (GMT)
Well, I took a nap, had dinner, and tore the paper of off new clothes.
I feel better, but there is still a trace of the feeling left.
I think it may be stress or something, but I'll have a cup of green tea or something before I go to bed.
(or something)

Could be depression. OSunds like it by how ur describing it. It comes and goes. You'll be fine tomorrow or the next day.
Digitalpotato - May 30, 2007 05:46 AM (GMT)
Maybe you need to find something to lighten your mood...Play with The Interactive Buddy a little or do something that makes you happy.

Hay Hay, be specific, are you talking regular depression like a mood or Clinical depression because the latter doesn't go away.

I think I get that feeling shortly after consuming carbonated drinks on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
It sorta causes an odd "hungry" feeling that's closer to indigestion, and more towards the bottom of my rib cage rather than where my stomach is. It's also the same sort of physical feeling I get when I'm feeling down, but it's jus' a reaction to food for me.
Try looking for a connection between the feeling and what you do during the day. It may jus' be a reaction to diet, exercise or stimulation. Though, if you're sure it's more mental than a physical reaction, then I might even suggest it's related to puberty and hormone changes.

Sounds like that feeling I had after I drank some of that milk that had expired a couple days before hand.

Bleh. Stress can be a pain. Isnt their a fatal sickness you can get from stress? ANyways you should do somethin to kill the stress like having fun, talking to other, and such to lower the stress. But also check for other stuff just in case.
Majin Tobias - May 31, 2007 05:56 AM (GMT)
Well, if it is just stress, there are other ways to relieve it. More...interactive ways. For example, you could do something (de)constructive, like building a model airplane, or smashing a car at a junkyard. I've never tried them myself, but I have seen other people who have. Some physical activity is a sure fire way to relieve stress.

Another brilliant thought from the think tank. e_e
*AHEM* If it's mood-based, maybe you should try finding somethings that puts you in a good mood. Otherwise, either eat something or see a doctor.
I don't know if that helps, but it's gotta be better than Billy's "suggestion"... 9_9

Ekoi said it feels like everything in his chest is falling into his stomach.
Bill said he should re-glue them back to his chest.
I see nothing wrong with that suggestion.
