Cador: Here's a difference between All Your Base and Promotions.
Promotions is when you need help or offer help to anything. They can be anything from a simple recoloring to a flashy scene, given common sense.
All Your Base is dedicated to making sprites using uncommon sprite bases, preferably Jump Style. People who post in this forum are encouraged to help others as well.

Oh, and have you checked some other places as well? Methinks Bob and George or Sprites Inc, which are more Megaman-based, might have done some Vile-related things in their forums.
