Alright, Before I continue, let me establish a few premises:
1. Any admins are expected to be willing to try to help the site, not turn it into their own personal playground.
2. If you are prone to long bouts of net-speak, please, spare us the trouble.
3. Roleplaying is emphasized, rather than simply earning gold and buying a bunch of stuff, and creating some uber-god-like character.

Once the Ainur had entered the creation of their song, that is, Ea, Eru did not sit idly by. The ainur were the offspring of the thought of Eru, but the mind of Eru is infinite, all-encompassing. From the deepest wellspring of his thought came forth beings, a second generation of Ainur, as it were. They too sang a song, and that song took shape, and a new world was born. This second generation was also presented the choice: enter the world of their song, and see it through to the end, or else remain with Eru. Just as with the first Ainur, some would stay and some would not. There were among this new generation a few of those from the former "generation" who had chosen to stay from the previous song.
In Ainu, each of the staff members will serve as one of the Ainur, and will serve to care for the world fashioned by their song.

You are a God, given the charge of tending the world which you have created. You and your brothers are to remain within the world, guiding and shaping it as you see fit.
This world will definitely have a L.O.T.R.-feel to it, but it does not have to match, or even be very close.
There are no shop systems, or anything of the sort. Just good, old-fashioned roleplaying.
There are no forums as of yet, but these will be up to the admins collectively to create, although I will contribute a number of them myself.
