AngelHalo - January 23, 2007 02:48 AM (GMT)
Kevin Smith made the View Askew universe, which you could compare to Mr. OMA's Mangaverse, and spawned a few enjoyable movies.

Clerks - Low-Budgeted, but very funny movie about the life of Clerks: Dante and Randal.
Mallrats - "Kevin Smith would allow additions to the script Hollywood made, as long as they pay for the movie, I thought he was kidding!" -Similar to a critic's review. Not the best from Kevin Smith, but became a cult classic. One day before Clerks. Two men got broken up with their girlfriends, and what do they do?, they go to the mall!. Learning that a game show is going on, they hope to crash it to get their ladies back!, with the help of Jay & Silent Bob!.
Chasing Amy - A comic-book creator/artist: Holden McNeil, fall's in love with Alyssa Jones, but found out that she is a homosexual, while dealing with long-time friend and comic partner, Banky, Holden hopes to somehow get Alyssa to feel the same way he does to him.
Jersey Girl - Haven't seen it, but it take's place outside of the View Askew universe.
Dogma - Considered the best movie by Kevin Smith, and one of the most contraversal. Two Angels on earth found a loophole to get back in Heaven, but are unaware that by getting back into Heaven, would undo all existence!. The Voice of God contact's the Last Scion, a human Blood related to Jesus Christ, to stop these angels. Working along side with two most unlikely prophets, and the 13th Apposel, they are to somehow stop the two angels from entering a newly opened church in New Jersey.
Jay & Silent Bob Strike's Back - After finally getting a restraining order from Dante and Randal, and learning from Brodie that there's a Bluntman & Cronic movie, which is based on Jay and Silent Bob's appearence and characteristics, Jay and Silent Bob went to go meet Creator of Bluntman & Cronic comics, Holden McNeil. Hoping to recieve a Movie-Check, they discover that his friend, Banky, own's all rights to the comic series, McNeil revieled the details, including the Internet, and Jay and Silent Bob learn's that their name is being questioned by thousons over the internet. Their new objective, Goto Hollywood, and stop that movie from getting made!.
Clerks: The Animated Series (Aka: Clerks Uncensored on DVD) - Haven't seen it, I just ordered it from Ebay, it's rare to find in stores. Clerks animated and released on ABC. The Life of Dante, Randal, Jay, and Silent Bob, in this 6-Episode long animated episodes.
Clerks 2 - Ten years since the first movie. After The Quick-Stop got burnt inside, it was closed down along with the Video Store adjacent to the store. A year later, Dante and Randal now work at a Fast-Food Restaurant, Mooby's. New Character: Allias, A Transformers/Lord of the Rings geek. Dante, who is engaged with his new girlfriend, (Her name please), has arranged her and Dante to move out of New Jersey, Forever, to start a new semi-whealthy life, and Randal has to prepare a Go-Away present before the time that Dante has to leave.

Fantastic movies, I must say.
