Notice how much is under education.

Sorry Timmy, no school for you - ever.

Grandy - February 10, 2006 02:46 PM (GMT)
Meh, I bet he is only wanting to create soldiers with the same mental level as his.

Sine Diego - February 10, 2006 02:50 PM (GMT)
:o
That. Is. Not. Cool.
I may not be affected by this, since i'm a Canadian, but I still feel that Dubbya has gone WAY too far.

Well, I'm too lazy to read through all of that, so I'll refrain from voting, but I strongly suspect that my opinion on Bush would be made even worse had I chosen to.

oO?Kodama - February 10, 2006 09:20 PM (GMT)
Somehow it instantly comes to mind about how much money the US has spent in it's little farce of a war in Iraq and it's just meh...

Athias - February 10, 2006 09:25 PM (GMT)
God! Bush is seriously one of the worst presidents since Nixon! Why couldn't we have just voted for John Kerry? Or better yet Al Gore? Congress better not not pass those!

I'm seriously starting to hate my own country...

And, ho, another one comes.

Jeeze, ya Bush COULD cut all thoese, or he could cancel the building of 2 new state-of-the-art fighter jets and save a few million more. But hey, what do I know. Its only basic math.

Spinmaster - February 11, 2006 05:30 AM (GMT)
Yeah, what is Math worth these days?

It's only one of the most important things to know in the world. Then again, according to the list, education doesn't really matter to the budget.

Hey, I'm a Canadian, and I agree whole heartedly...

Lesse... hardest hit by these cuts seem to be... Health, Justice, and Education... not in that order

Getting away the easiest it looks like... Interior(which I'm assuming is the inner-government stuff, though I'm not entirely familiar with the US's system), Transportation, and Treasury...

So... while there's sickness, anarchy, and ineducation. There's a government that can move things and hold on to money...

Maybe that's just my own bias, though...

Metagamer - February 11, 2006 08:44 PM (GMT)
I never liked Bush from the beginning. I'm with the Democratic party and even if i wasn't i'd still dislike him.

Personally, I dont think Bush was ready for Presidency, I mean look where we are now! We're heaped in debt and the economy has seen better days...
Don't even get me started with the war.

Blazeman - February 11, 2006 08:50 PM (GMT)
I wonder if this is the way presidents will go nowadays...First Term: Do well enough to get re-elected; Second Term: Push your agenda to the limit. You can't get re-elected a second time anyway, so...

But...3.5 BILLION in education programs cut...I fear for my brother...

Ryan914 - February 12, 2006 02:42 PM (GMT)
Safe and Drug-Free Schools state grants: $347 million

Now that's just wrong... Without Drug education, crime will be on the rise.... I swear, President Bush is making the US worse everyday :smek:

Oh and don't forget about the "Alcohol abuse reduction, $32 million" looks like you'll be seeing a ton more inebriated, drugged up school kids with knives now. Thank fudge I live in the good old UK n_n
... even IF we have some problems with pedophile P.E. teachers ¬_¬

And who the hell voted "yeah they are"? O_o

Glitches are cool - February 12, 2006 02:53 PM (GMT)
Ryan, you're avatar is freaking perfect for this.

Hey look, it's another reason that I'm going to leave the country for if future presidents keep this up!

Easy-Phil - February 12, 2006 02:59 PM (GMT)
Yeah apparently the day that they cut education out all together and America goes back to the stone age is close at hand @_@

Lord Massacre - February 14, 2006 07:56 PM (GMT)
Bush...you...EEDIOT!!!

*A rant in which I beam my words directly into the President's spine in order to give him the willies*

Nobody wants to be as dumb as you, so quit trying! Everyone knows your education is a flop. You still think two plus three equals CHAIR. There aren't enough words in the @#$%ing dictionary to explain how utterly incompetent this move is. You and your warmongering... THAT'S IT! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!

*Now applying an echoing spooky-evil voice*

George Dubya Bush... You shall be visited by three spirit this very night...at the tone of Midnight... They shall come from the firm...of Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe... Yes, that's right... The Three Stooges shall come to your room...and smack you over the head many times until you see reason... BWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAA!!!

Wan-chan - February 14, 2006 07:58 PM (GMT)
Dangit! They broke my brain. I need that to live!
