It's BETTER. At least, I think so
It's got a funny cartoon idiot, a robot, a future cop, and a babe that does research on dinos... Oh, and a crazed mad scientist that came from the past and tried to take over the world.

My opinion? It has pretty good animation (despite the lip movements for everyone except for el stupido hero) and a nice plot as well. I laughed real hard about his first few comments. Heheh...
