Title: Ready... FIGHT!!
Description: ONLY ME AND STREEA
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 01:23 AM (GMT)
Location: Underground, spacious area of 50 feet wide and 47 feet in length. An underground spring nearby with flowers flourishing is seen to the right, steaming up. The ground is rocky and bumpy near the edges, but mostly flat and level in the center, an ideal place to do combat. The ceiling is 15 feet above us, so no need to worry about hitting your head.
Requirements to win: Knock your opponent out. Simple as that.
Mecha stood in the center of the room, glaring over to his foe. His fists clenched tightly, taking into consideration any and every move he should make. His mind raced quickly, utilizing the processing power of his CPU mind to come up with his strategy. meanwhile, this all took place as he stood, not even taking his eyes off of Streea.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 01:42 AM (GMT)
Streea grinned at his opponent, slipping his eyes into thermal vision so he can see the thing. "It was a mistake to challange me in my own land creature. I know not what you are, but prepare to lose" Streea drew his sword, Edonil Velve, and held it in both fists. "I am Streea Barra, last of the Ilythiiri. My sword has tasted the blood of over one thousand species, and it always hungers for new blood. Let our fight commence then. Since you challanged me, you may take the first step."
(Lan shall be commenting/being a judge for this battle)
Lan_Fun - January 28, 2006 01:48 AM (GMT)
The young ninja sat in the commentators booth, one arm splayed out over the desk and the other crooked up at the elbow so that Lan Fans chin could rest on the palm. A large screen floated in front of him displaying the scene of the fight to him, which would be broadcasted to the others who wished to view. Damn Streea and his love for publicity. Inside of the cavern multiple little balls floated about, they produced a small amount of lighting so that the picture wouldnt be pitch black but it was still hard to see. However the ninja was used to seeing in the darkness, it was his job afterall and he could see the duo semi-perfectly. He gave a quick shake of his head and sat upright, doing his best to look and sound professional as he said. "Well... it looks like both combatants are in the area... Mechamaniac has had a lot of fights lately, and he's won most of them, can Streea put an end to his winning streak."
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 01:52 AM (GMT)
"It was a mistake to challange me in my own land creature."
As he said those words, Mechamaniac's eyes dilated and became green. Instantly he analyzed each of his moves, estimating on how to dodge any counterattacks. Though the windows of oppurtunity were small, he figured it was alright to attack. While Streea continued to talk, he reached down for his sheaths and grabbed both his Beam Sabre and Keyblade.
"Since you challanged me, you may take the first step." Streea finished. At this point, Mechamaniac grinned menacingly, giving off a bizarre glow from his eyes. He tossed his Keyblade like a boomerang, as it spun rapidly through the air. He then jumped up and brought his Beam Sabre down onto Streea at the same time the Keyblade would make impact.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 01:58 AM (GMT)
"Hm. Interesting attack" Streea said, levitating out from the side, and over the keyblade. "What strange weapons you have, Thing. But try again" Streea did a little flip before landing gracefully ten metres away.
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 02:06 AM (GMT)
Analyzing the situation, Mecha grabbed his still spinning Keyblade and rolled onto the ground, twirling his Keyblade around and flipping sideways over to Streea, swinging his keyblade horizantly as it extended its blade, and his Beam Sabre vertically.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 02:22 AM (GMT)
"Ha! What a simple move. I remember that when my teacher was first teaching me in the ways of the swordsman" Streea summersalted backwards, while laying down a track of throwing knives and throwing them back at his opponent. "Come then, you metal beast. Show me what you can do!"
Lan_Fun - January 28, 2006 02:23 AM (GMT)
"Wow... these guys talk to much during a fight." Lan mummbled to himself before realizing he was still on camera. "Errr... uuh! As I was saying, amazing agility displayed by both combatants, it seems like Streea's finally going on the offensive now too.!"
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 02:30 AM (GMT)
Mechamaniac glared over at Streea, as the knives bounced off of his armor. Still swinging his Keyblade, he retracted it back to him. He thrusted it down to the ground, as several dark cracks began to form in the ground. They glowed dimly, but the were visible still, as they spread over to Streea and formed a spire, which shot up very quickly from underneath him.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 02:49 AM (GMT)
"OW! Damn you!" Streea glared at his opponent. Concentrating slightly, he lit Mecha up with harmless Faerie Fire, before summoning a couple orb of darkness's around himself. He randomly backed into one and casted 'Fear Killian' to change his sword to an Earth Element. "Come and get me if you can, Thing!"
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 02:51 PM (GMT)
Mecha stared at his hands for a moment. They glowed brightly, as the fire danced about his armor. Getting back to the task on hand, he took a few cautious steps towards the orb of darkness. Unable to see, he closed his eyes and held his Keyblade out. If he wasn't sure where his foe was, then he would have to just attack wherever he might think he could be.
At that point, his Keyblade, the Nightmare's Left Eye, extended 5 feet long, and the blade was now half a foot wide. If he could slice him, the least it would do is hit him with the blunt metal. He sheathed his Beam Sabre, then grabbed the NLE with both hands and swung the blade horizantly, and hard, into the Orb of Darkness.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 06:08 PM (GMT)
Streea rebounded to the side on contact with the keyblade. "Nice shot, but try this one on for size!" Streea stabbed his sword into the ground, and lifted it upwards. "Har’dro Kor'inth!" Small rocks flew from the ground as Streea lifted his sword up and out of the ground. A small rumbling took place, before a large pillar, five metres in diameter, rose from under Mecha and rose his quickly to the roof. "Say hi to the roof for me mister metal thing!"
Lan_Fun - January 28, 2006 07:18 PM (GMT)
Lan strained his eyes in an attempt to see through the orb of darkness, but to no avail. Neither Drow, ninja, nor robot would be able to see through the complete absence of light. "It seems like Streea has made Mecha and himself... disappear." Lan scratched his head lightly, not noticing Streea try to smash Mecha into the roof until a few seconds later. "WOAH!!!"
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 08:10 PM (GMT)
After hearing Streea speak, he identified Streea's position, just before the pillar began to shove him upwards. Taking no time to do so, he teleported off the pillar and directly behind Streea, now at 75% of his Chaos Energy levels. This was starting to take a toll on him, so he would have to try his best to take him down. Grabbing his Beam Sabre, he unsheathed it and slashed at Streea in one smooth motion.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 08:27 PM (GMT)
Streea had crouched low, ready for Mecha just to jump off the pillar. He had not expected him to be able to teleport, so he jumped slightly when Mecha appeared behind him and fell to the ground. Luckily, this proved to be good as Streea rolled out of the swipe, and rose quickly before readying his sword. "lle'isgar Khazid'hea!" Streea yelled, dashing at his opponent and tried to stab below his crotch and between his legs, and smash him into the air.
(Gah, sorry about that. First RP battle, and where I came from the RP rules were different)
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 09:00 PM (GMT)
Mecha's sound receptors picked up Streea's voice and instantly analyzed the situation and came up with a strategy. He stuck his two swords into the ground and pushed himself up, handstanding on both blades as Streea's blade landed directly where Mecha was, while Mecha pulled out both of his blades and landed directly behind Streea. After landing, he assumed a curled position and rolled to the side, standing a few feet away from Streea.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 09:22 PM (GMT)
"Hahaha. Good job. Now, have fun with my little pets!" Streea stook his hands into his pockets and pulled out two bottles with five spiders, only one centimetre in diamter each, and held them out. "These are my Orbbs, spiders if you may. Though they may not look like much, they usually can cause a large amount of damage to living opponents, but you are obviously not living. Although, they can provide a great distraction!" Streea threw both bottles at Mecha, and they shattered upon impact. Once the spiders were freed, they instantly started to grow and shriek loudly. After five seconds, they reached their maximum size, five-feet in diameter, and were still shrieking loudly. "Have fun with my pets!"
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 09:58 PM (GMT)
Mecha was skeptical. He dashed forward, tuning out the Spider's screeches. He only focussed on Streea. He was already a small blur, as he continued to accelerate towards Streea. He kept his swords out at his sides, while running in between the spiders, as to slice their legs while he was running.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 10:14 PM (GMT)
"You dare hurt my pets? Fine then!" Streea used Faer Killian to change Edonil's element to dark. "Qee'lak!" Streea became a blur as his speed tripled, before crying out "Oloth!" Streea started to quickly run circles around Mecha, creating walls of darkness which can't be seen through, just like the Orbs. "Ramith Treemma!" Streea yelled out, making a shadow of himself appear out from the wall. The shadow grinned at Mecha, before slashing at him while they were in a cage of darkness. As this was going around, Streea walked around their underground arena, casting orbs of darkness in random places.
Lan_Fun - January 28, 2006 10:31 PM (GMT)
"Oh hey!! It looks like Streea has finally come into view!" Lan Fan caught sight of the elfen warrior now circling the cage of darkness and casting random orbs of drakness in every direction. The camera shifted its position, hovering over the cage of darkness and staring down inside to watch Mechamaniac square off with Streea's shadow.
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 10:40 PM (GMT)
Mecha was once again skeptical. He teleported out of the walls of shadows to a random place. He was now between two orbs of darkness, but not in them. He looked around and spotted the speeding blur that was Streea. Calculating his speed, distance needed, and timing, he stabbed the ground with his Keyblade, as the cracks in the ground spread over a few feet in front of Streea, which would make it difficult for him to dodge since he was moving so fast.
The timing would be perfect. The only way Streea would be able to not get hit by the Darkness Spire would be to stop entirely where he was standing. Otherwise, he'd just run into it.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 10:57 PM (GMT)
"Oh what fun to run in the caves of the Underdark! And you dare try to use that attack on me again?" Streea continued to run forward, but concentrated and levitated himself over the attack.
"Oh, but maybe I am over here?" Streea's shadow said in the exact same voice as Streea.
"But what does it matter?" Streea changed his element to ice, making his shadow vanish. "Xar’zith Keeshe!" Streea cried out, shooting ice at the ground, freezing it. "Try walking on this o metal one! Yin'xir'ziji Takrin!" great spikes of ice shot out from the completley frozen ground randomly. Streea levitated himself higher than the spikes could reach, and floated away from where he last made sound.
Mechamaniac - January 28, 2006 11:25 PM (GMT)
Mecha looked around him, then smashed his Keyblade into the ground, breaking up some of the ice around him. He then held his Beam Sabre down, melting the remainder. He could only await until Streea made his next move... Then he could estimate where Streea would go.
Streea Barra - January 28, 2006 11:47 PM (GMT)
Streea changed his sword's element to fire and slipped his vision out of thermal vision. He bellowed, "Chath Marala!" Five tornados of fire circled around Mecha, melting any ice left and evaporating it instantly. Streea again floated away from where he had yelled.
Mechamaniac - January 29, 2006 12:02 AM (GMT)
Tuning into Streea's voice, he began to calculate where Streea would go next. But first, he needed to shift his form. 50% Chaos Energy wasn't enough to fight with, so he went on to the next... Darkness Energy...
He began to undergo his dark metamorphosis, as he gained demonic wings, larger legs, more powerful arms, and a golden crest atop his forehead. He held out his Keyblade, then flew into the air to try and detect Streea.
Streea Barra - January 29, 2006 12:22 AM (GMT)
"So the mechanical thing has wings? Let us go to new heights then!" Streea switched elements back to earth, and yelled "Har’dro Kor'inth!" Streea yelled, again calling great pillars of Earth up, but instead of aiming for his opponent, they smashed through the roof, creating holes at random spots in the roof. "Follow me to the upper world creature!" Streea levitated up to where the sun shone, his vision now in normal. He landed on the ground and looked at his surroundings. They appeared to be in the middle of a forest, and a lake was near-by. "Perfect surroundings. So peaceful. So... natural. The perfect way to defeat a mechanical monster" Streea laughed insanely, before speeding off through the trees.
Mechamaniac - January 29, 2006 12:33 AM (GMT)
Demainiac looked up, as he flew high up through the hole. He landed heavily onto the ground, glancing around and waiting for Streea to show up.
Streea Barra - January 29, 2006 12:53 AM (GMT)
Streea got to work running around, setting up orbs of darkness in random places, even some on the water. Streea went over, and floated over the lake. "Come then, you beast, and face me!"
Lan_Fun - January 29, 2006 12:57 AM (GMT)
"Wow, things are really starting to heat up now. Mechamaniacs advanced to Demaniac and the battles moved above the ground." The small cameras shot up through the hole that Demaniac and Streea had left through, taking positions around the new arena.
Mechamaniac - January 29, 2006 01:08 AM (GMT)
Demainiac now new were Streea was, listening t his voice. He rocketed over to the lake, bursting through trees and stone, dashing through orb after orb, speeding his way over to Streea's location. The ground beneath him seemed to part while he continued his acceleration, achieving a great velocity. He would reach Streea in a matter of seconds.
Streea Barra - January 29, 2006 01:21 AM (GMT)
"Bring your blade and fight, you drostan phindar!" Streea readied his sword with electricity element. "You can go faster then that, I know you can!"
Mechamaniac - January 29, 2006 01:53 PM (GMT)
At that point, when Streea mocked him, Demainiac was already 3 feet away from him. He began to steer to the left, holding out his extended keyblade on the right to slash at Streea while passing by.
*Attempting, not slashing. Hope I do hit.*
Streea Barra - January 29, 2006 07:11 PM (GMT)
"Heh. Speedy" Streea stopped levitating and went backwards to dodge the attack, but smashed his chin against the flat end of Mecha's keyblade and bounced his head backward. "Ow! God damn 'ou!" Streea said as he plunged into the water.
Mechamaniac - January 29, 2006 08:40 PM (GMT)
Demainiac began to slow himself down, stopping in front of a tree. Holding out his Beam Sabre, he used it to chop the tree down. Then, after sheathing his swords, he grasped the tree with both hands and lifted it up. A bit heavy, but he soon easily wielded it. This would do nicely to smash Streea with...
Streea Barra - January 31, 2006 05:42 AM (GMT)
Streea bobbed under one of his orbs of darkness. "Come on! Come to the water and play, my little metal friend!" Streea went back under water and went to another orb.
Mechamaniac - February 1, 2006 07:28 PM (GMT)
Demainiac rushed back to the edge of the lake, still carrying the tree in his arms. He looked around, unable to see him in the water... But he wouldn't need to see... He closed his eyes and focussed, tuning in to the noise underneath the water... He was now more focussed than ever before, and the moment Streea would make a move he'd be able to tell just how to counter in a split-second.
(Your move, I pass to focus.)
Streea Barra - February 2, 2006 12:03 AM (GMT)
Streea used his Eye of the Raven technique to locate the metal thing above ground. He leaped out of the water and landed on the opposite side of the lake then Mecha. "Fear beast, the magic of the Ilythiiri! Nizzre' Arshes!" Streea pointed his sword straight up, and shot bolts of electricity up into the air. Lightning clouds soon formed around the area, and rain started to pour. Bolts of lightning struck down, lighting a few trees on fire. "Heheheh. Ancient magic, forbidden to our kind. Through Edonil, I am able to weild these deadly arts. Now, come at me!" Streea changed his element again to water, and pointed his sword at the lake. "Niar Tagnik'zur!" he swung his sword a few times, and did an upward slashing motion. Slowly, the head of a great dragon slowly formed from the lake, and the rain in the sky. "Fear the ancient Gods, once slain by my kin, and forced to due our bidding!" Streea dashed off into the forest, slashing at trees along his way, as to block, or at least hinder, his opponent.
Mechamaniac - February 2, 2006 07:48 PM (GMT)
Demainiac stared up to the large dragon, setting the tree in his arms down. He cracked both of his metallic knuckles, and rested them at his sides for now.
"WELL WELL WELL... IT SEEMS AS IF I'M AT A LARGE CONUNDRUM... I COULD CHASE HIM NOW, BUT THEN YOU'D ATTACK ME IF I TURNED MY BACK..." he finally said in a growling voice. "I AM BOUND TO MY WORD NOT TO USE ANY OF MY DARK MAGICKS OR TERRIFYING POWERS AGAINST HIM AT ALL. DOING SO WOULD VIOLATE OUR CONTRACT, AND HE WOULD USE HIS FULL POWER, WHICH I DO NOT WISH TO FACE FOR NOW..."
He raised his arm up and opened his hand at the dragon. Dark matter began to gather into his fingers as an orb of dark power started to form.
"OF COURSE, I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE CREATURES HE CONJURES, NOW DID I?" he said, grasping his arm tightly.
"DARK IS THE SPELL... BLACK IS THE HEART... OMNI-CRUSHER... TEAR HIM APART!!"
A tremendous burst of energy rocketed forth from his hand and evaporated the rain it touched, headed straight for the dragon before him.
(I... LOVE... LOOPHOLES... For a moment there I thought I was dead, but then again, I DID say that I was only to fight YOU with swords. :P)
Streea Barra - February 2, 2006 11:52 PM (GMT)
The dragon's head exploded as the beam crashed into it's head.
"A good try, I commend you for it" Streea echoed off, somewhere in the forest. "But, you evaporate the water, and where does it go? But to the clouds, of course!" Streea laughed as the evaporated water went into the lightning storm he had summoned. "And what goes up, must come down!" Streea laughed again as thunder boomed overhead, and the fallen dragon formed again. "The storm is of magic, so making it disappear is impossible. You destroy the dragon, and it just gets reborn in the rain! It is one of the many attack combinations that I have mastered over my long life-span" Streea laughed again, still racing around the forest as the dragon roared. "You challange the last of the Ilythiiri, and expect to win? My blade hungers for new blood, and I will not deny it, no matter what liquids you have flowing through you, creature!"
Mechamaniac - February 3, 2006 10:16 PM (GMT)
Demainiac smiled and closed his eyes. He needed nothing more. Picking up his tree, he turned his back on the dragon. He finally knew where Streea was exactly, and he would take him down post haste. Making an extremely fast dash for it, he rushed off to his enemy at that moment, smashing through tree after tree in an instant. He was barely even a blur, almost invisible to the naked eye, as he continued his accelerated attack. He reared back the tree, preparing to smash it into Streea the moment he would reach him... At that point, he was now in front of Streea, stopping his motion to send an afterimage ahead of him. He swung the tree heavily at Streea, aiming for his side.
