Well I know some of you won't care and everything but to those who are Digimon fans at Jump Fiesta 2006 Bandai released the info that there will be a fifth Digimon series.

Whoa, if this really is true my girlfriend and I will freak. Hopefully they have learned from their mistakes from Season 4. (It had its moments, but for the most part was a flop, especially the first half)

Wooo! I hope its good, personally I think 1st and 3rd seasons were best, and fourth was the worst (it wasnt that bad i guess, but it demolished the whole concept of digimon [a digital monster friend/pet thing])

I loved seasons 1, 2, 3, but the 4th season killed it YAY FOR DIGIMON! IT SHALL RETURN!

I was so sad when Season 3 was done and I was especially dissappointed by Season 4. Hopefully this will be will be as good as 1 or 3.

Thank god! just let it be better than four!

According to several reports, the new series is called "Digimon Savers" and is suppose to be a continuation of Digimon Tamers.

All of this info, however, is tentive until the V-Jump scans appear this Saturday.

What I wonder is, what channel will it be on? Part of me wants it to be with Fox, so that way there is a possibilty the people at fox discover that they were better off with half American and half Japanesse cartoons. But another part tells me that Fox would destroy it. Digimon was one of the few exceptional Japanesse cartoons on FoxKids. All there is now are mediocre and below cartoons that make some of the classic Japanesse cartoons look like sheer gold. The only exception is the Ninja Turtle Cartoon, but I'm not a big fan of that. And Sonic X reminds me of the classic cartoon...... I miss that cartoon... in fact... I MISS ALL OF MY CARTOONS!
