This...thing...has a book, manga and film version of it. It was based on the book though. Battle Royale is based on this class of pupils who have been in the same class since they were all 4 or 5...When they are 15-16, they are all abducted and placed on an island by the Goverment. This is called the B.R act (Battle Royale). When, every year or sumthing like that, 1 class is abducted and placed on a remote island. The rules are simple...kill your classmates. Yes, in order to win, you had to be the last one suviving, after 3 days. You have this NECKBAND, which is perminantly strapped to your neck. If you try to take it off, it will self destuct, if you are in a danger zone on the island (they change every few hours) it will self destuct. They are also tracking devices, so the evil people behind the BR act can track their footsteps. They are given a bag with food, water, a mp, a compass and a weapon that ranges from anything from sickles and uzi guns, to calculators and pot lids!If you kill someone, you can take their food water and weapon and stuff. (So really, its one BIG fight for survivle)

Yeah...thats where i first heard of it...iv'e been reasearching it, so my knowlage of it grows. Since its rated 18...(i secretly watched it), i'm gonna get the book, cuz books arn't rated!

How did you secretly watch it? I don't have to secretly watch anything even if its an 18. Though I was thinking of sneaking downstairs to watch Wild things while everybody was upstairs on the computer, but then I found out what it was about :D It was in radio times.
Don't you just hate gore? Its okay but when theres too much films get boring, like Dawn of the dead (original), but it was a good film.

I have a TV in my room...just turn it off and pretend to be sdleep when my mum comes up. Then, sfter a few minutes, turn it back on.

I have a TV as well but I'd probably have to have it really loud coz I can't hear things properly at night. I watched Scary Movie ages before I went to bed but I watched it in my room because I figured parents wouldn't want to watch it but they didn't mind when I watched it upstairs. I watch Scream 2 regulary. :eek:

Yeah, these people had know eachother since they were like 4 or 5 years old! Everyone is declaring things like "Oh Bob, i have always loved you..." then they get killed 2 seconds later. Its quite emotional...
(No Bobs were harmed in the making of this example...in fact, Bob doesn;t even exist (poor bob))

Well, the main charectors are Chuya Nanahara & Noriko...can't remember her surname. They arn't in love with eachother, but hey, they're still friends. There is a really cool scene, where this girl bursts into this cabin. There is another girl, already sat in there. She pretends to be friendly. She says that she has had sex with two of the boys from their class. She says thir names, and then the scene cuts to a view of outside, with the two boys, hanging from a tree, by their necks. The girl who just burst in the room, dives on the othere girl, and slices her neck with a sickle! (for any of you dumbasses, a sickle is the type of weapon the grim reaper uses, but this one had a smaller handle) Blood sprayed everywhere! It was cool....

Well there is lots of little buildings scattered around that island. There is a chemist (a help yourself one,, cuz they can't put anyone behind the counter!) A lighthouse, and lots of little houses.

Hey, it was that hand at the end! The rape wasn't that scary but the hand coming out of the water at the end was terrifying!

No it wasn't! That was the only bit I saw and it wasn't scary, a bit on the creep factor but you get that stuff in dreams!

Four salesmen decide to go on an adventure holiday in Hillbilly country. The film is basically one long canoe ride as they run into some really scary mountain men.

I checked it out on IMDB and it was made in 200 but there was a sequel made last year.

Toy Story 2 is great but what I'm saying is not many sequels get good reviews.
