Quintrino, the world of the floating lands. five huge levels of earth floating above each other, barely touching each other. each world had it's own theme(for reference from bottom to top: cave, savanna, woodland, desert with huge lake in centre and capital settlement) getting down levels was easy enough, just use a floating crystal to drop down but in order to reach the upper levels, dragons can be used, although they r very hard to tame, let alone ride. the other method was to use the warp mololiths(sp) which need the ancient Diagon crystals, pratically unattainable as they never stay in one place due to an ancient enchantment. the king of Pentra (top level) has ordered his son to recruit a band of people to investigate a bunch of recent distubances in the lowest level of Riengard. he used a floating crystal to fall down to the bottom level, to the point where he would meet his new comrades.

Just then a strange man with a long red cloak,long black hair and a strange sword slowly passed by him

the son of the king, Leo, called out to him, "good sir, may you be one of the people i am meant to meet here?"

yes I am... where are the others?

"i think we are the first ones here. what may your name be good sir?"
the man looked at Leo. he was well built young man with fair hair. he carried a light sword at his side, his hand rested on the hilt of it.

my name is Alexander Lee...I am the last member of my family left the others were killed... *sigh* ... I don't know who killed them I was out training with my sword and when I got back they were all dead....we where all enterested in the art of the sword...my father...never mind... *stares at the sky* it's a nice day!

"that's rough....well,i can only assume that you know who I am but I will formaly introduce myself. I am Prince Leo Renate, heir to throne of Quintrino."

"and I am certain that it will be a pleasure to work with a man of your reputation. Tell me, what excursions have you been on of late. I'm sure a man of your talents must be in high deman, especially in these troubled times."

Latly there's been many demons poping up and I've been whiping them out...My father was a demon...but my mother was human...when I grew older his wicked ways sickend me and i killed him...*Lays back gainst the wall*.....

"that is a good idea. there won't be much time to rest when we get into the caves of Riengard," Leo replied. he lay against a tree and tugged his elegant feather hat over his eyes to block out the sun.

so what have you been doing as of late?

Leo spoke with the hat still over his face, "not alot to do on Pentra really. everything is kept in check. i am on my father's orders, so usually just take a small group of soldiers out once a week to locate the master Diagon crystal is on our level. well, u gotta if the one thing that can transport you anywhere is always changing places once a week. balsted things can't stay in one place can they. i am never given the chance by my father to do anything interesting. i don't know why though. i am as good as anybody else."

*Falls asleep* zzzzzz....

Leo heard Alexander's snores. he smirked. he couldn't have put his "job" better himself.

a young woman strolled towards them, but kept her distance from them. she was a tall woman, with dark green hair, and, from here it seemed as though she had baby blue skin. she was dressed in basic woodland clothes, a marsh green top, the same colered short skirt, and fur boots. she looked at them, then turned her attention to the floor.

Leo could make out soembodies feet uner the rim of his hat and jumped up, like he would do to stand attention to greet the new comrade, "*cough* i apolgise for my laziness. greetings to you, may I ask your name."

In the distance a man of about 20 in a dark green tunic and brown boots with dark red hair and a bow & quiver on his back comes towards the group.So i see only one of you is here And that one is asleep *taps Alexander on the head with his bow*Wake up.Well anyway alow me to introduce myself the names Conan"Celtic for wise" Richards i am a skilled archer and i am also an explorer and know alot about all the differen't regions. I'm glad to meet you Prince leo.

"As am I Conan," Leo replied back, "I hope you are well. the man whom you tapped on the head was Alexander Lee. he will be joining us."

Well i see a nother besides alexander is here now. "Fuzzy and you posted while i was"

(yeah, he still hasn't mentioned the name of his character yet)

Leo noticed something strange about her, "may I be as bold to enquiry whether you have elven blood, m'lady."

*Alexander wakes up* What was that for!!!...oh sorry who are you? my name is Alexander

'Ieliana.. Ieleana Nailo' she muttered. she didnt seem nasty, a bit nevous really. from Alexanders point of view, she looked elvish, mianly because of her pointed ears.

Welcome Lady Ieliana.The name is Conan Richards nice to meet you

"Lady Ieliana, I am Prince Leo Renate. i am pleased to be working with you on this mission."

'the pleasure is all mine.' she smiled, then moved closer to the others.

I won't be able to rest in the cave so please don't wake me.....zzzzz

"is this all or will we be expecting more companions," Leo asked the group.

"i realise that you are but we must wait. i heard from my father that two more companions maybe joining us, although, i fear they may be dead"

'im going to wait over there.' she whispered and paced off northwards.

Well i guess i better rest a litle.

Leo leaned against the tree once more.

There was a rustle behind them and the group turned to see a young woman dressed in black and red stood behind them, her arms folded. She had a glaive strapped to her back and a shortsword hung at her side, she also had a gauntlet on that bore a dragon symbol, also in red and black.
"Greetings, I am Freya..." the woman said, sounding unsure of her own name. "You will need a dragon tamer on this quest, will you not?"

(denfinelty FF there......like it! it don't matter but fuzzy will explain the irony)
"pleased to make ur aquantance, Lady Freya," Leo replied

'a girl?' Ieliana mumered, and moved a littel futher away.
