Here is my own RNG guide. I thought not many people knew ANYTHING about RNG methods here, but Jaken Veina seems to know enough.
Please, if you take ANYTHING from it, give me my credit. It took me lots of testing, experimenting, and writing to make this. Almost in excess of a year.
It's a simple guide for a not-so-simple system. I hope everyone understands this. If you don't, post some questions in here. I don't hang around here as much as I do in GSS forums. So hit me up there if you need immediate help.

This guide works. You are the one who is not doing the method properly.

1. make sure you take off cursed items, even if you have the cleric ring on.
2. make sure nobody is affected by a status ailment.
3. if the character unleashing the djinni(I assume that this guide is about using darkpanther method) does not have enough elemental power, it will not work.
4. It has to be the first battle after loading the game after you have done a HARD RESET, that is, turning the system off and on, not pressing A B SELECT START.
I've found that rngs in GS are pretty easy, at least if you are doing two enemy methods.
