It's the Ceric's ring and it's found on Crossbone Isle. You can get there with the pink tornado in Suhalla Desert.

Well, you could go to the Lighthouse first. But make sure you don't beat it before you got o Crossbone Isle.

Crossbone Isle's tough. It's best if your traverse the lighthouse first then go back down. That should give you training enough.
