Description: Anything that doesn't fit elsewhere

Has anybody ever noticed that whoever made Weyard must really favor earth? The Venus Lighthouse is right in the middle. It would be the last thing to fall.
Hope you all recognize my name

Sheba says my name in GoldenSun 1 in the cut scene before you fight Saturos and Menardi. She says it about whether you have the shaman's rod

Hey remember my post that started this topic? Technically it asked a question. It would be cool if I could get some sort of response.

the_isaac - May 23, 2004 09:38 AM (GMT)
the title: there is a general stuff. It's in the general stuff. :P

the thingy you said: Why must he favor earth because it's in the middle? If so, then maybe because all land is made of earth.

...perhaps - May 23, 2004 03:58 PM (GMT)
The Venus Lighthouse being in the middle means Weyard's creator favors earth because if Weyard is shrinking the middle thing will be there at the very end of Weyard's existence. I think that the disappearance of lighthouses would give the other elements more power. Maybe if one lighthouse was still there and it was lit a golden sun of purely that element would form. And in the topic name I meant no topic called general stuff. Some things would have a topic too specific to be worth making. Those are what this is for.

Mathias - May 23, 2004 04:00 PM (GMT)
yeah plus Venus Lighthouse sorta blew up!

The Venus Lighthouse is in the middle of Weyard. Before the lighthouses were all lit Weyard was shrinking. When Weyard's edge got past where the lightouses are, they would fall off. For example, the Mars Lighthouse is very near the edge in GS2. If you hadn't lit all the lighthouses for a few more years, Mars Lighthouse would have fallen off the collapsing border of Weyard. This would happen to all the lighthouses in turn. Maybe when a lighthouse fell off the power of its element would be gone. Since the Venus Lighthouse is in the middle of Weyard, it would be the last lighthouse to die. If the elemental power that a lighthouse stands for is eliminated when that lighthouse dies, then maybe lighting the remaining lighthouses would form the golden sun, with as much power as it has with all the elements, but without the elements of the missing lighthouses. If this happened when only the Venus Lighthouse was left then alchemy would be unleashed in the world with only the power of earth. Like this earth would be the only element, and the dominant power. Weyard's creator may have planned this. If he/she did, he/she must have liked the earth element.
Also, let's assume that the Wise One is Weyard's creator. He's a rock. Doesn't that seem a little biased towards earth?
Mt. Aleph is the place where the golden sun forms and all that. Wouldn't it make a much more logical center of Weyard?
If any of this is unclear, tell me where (PM me or reply), and I'll try to explain that part further.

Flames Inferno - May 26, 2004 07:37 PM (GMT)
WOW U REELY PAY ATTENTION TO THE STORY LINE

God of the Black Flame: Canti - May 26, 2004 07:42 PM (GMT)
That...didn't...really have to do with the storyline you know. It's more of an observation of the map. Plus the fact that Weyard is shrinking. Not much of the storyline in there. It's a very good observation though.

...perhaps - May 26, 2004 07:49 PM (GMT)
Thanks.

...perhaps - May 29, 2004 03:11 AM (GMT)
I guess I'll fall back on this since this is the kind of thing I made it for. My mom just found out that I'm here and she was like "You can't just get on online forum stuff without anybody knowing". I defended myself with the fact that nothing here is half as bad as what my little bro sees watching my older brother play Starcraft on Battle.net.

Sorry for the double post. If I edited, though, no one would see it because it wouldn't move.

sol_blade - May 31, 2004 12:07 AM (GMT)
thanx for the info :}

They should make a Golden Sun Monopoly! One of the properties would definitely be Sentinel's Place. This sounds really random. The inspiration came when my bro wanted a reminder of the location of Wonder Birds. I said they were in Sentinel's Place. I decided immediately that it could be a Monopoly property, and soon it occurred to me that it could be in a GS Monopoly.

God of the Black Flame: Canti - June 4, 2004 02:27 AM (GMT)
They now have an Ultraman Monopoly. I want a Furi Kuri monopoly set. ^_^ Of course, I'd love a GS one too.

Wind - June 4, 2004 10:43 AM (GMT)
lol :D

Flames Inferno - June 7, 2004 04:51 PM (GMT)

the_isaac - June 7, 2004 04:54 PM (GMT)

God of the Black Flame: Canti - July 17, 2004 10:38 PM (GMT)
