How do you get through it?

Get Sand, the psyenergy. Sand solves all.

To get sand, you must save Izumo from the great green dragon that wreaks havoc across the island.

To get to Izumo, you must find the island in the great eastern sea. It's one of the four islands you see on the map.

To get to the map, press R while on the world field.

To get to the world field, find the exit from where you are now.

I think you know where you are now. ^_^

He already knows where he is. I bet he's gonna get stuck in Gaia Rock and ask us for help again. ^_^

To get through Gaia Rock, get Growth, a psyenergy, and use it on the green plants.

To get to the green plants find Gaia Rock in venture into it's interior. You'll find em.

To get to Gaia Rock, get to Izumo Island and venture to that big orange rock.
