Most ppl would change their characters names so what name did U give them??
heres mine:
Isaac- Danny
if i knew dat u could change garet, ivan and mia's name as well*sign* :sad:
i would've changed it to:
Garet: Nick
Mia: Linna
Ivan:...........um..........Van?? or just Ivan, dunno.

GS2
Felix: Flelix (so used to that name in GS so stay the same)
Jenna: Jasmine (But it wouldn't fit!! arhhhhhhhhh :angry: )
Pier: Kyou
Sheba: May (what kind of name is Sheba anyway??? 8| )

The only name I changed out of the entire game was Isaac's. I changed it to Ryo. Ryo is a name that I made up(I thought I did anyway) a longtime ago, and I use it for all games. And in arcade games when I get a high score, I put RYO instead of my initials. ^_^

One time, I named Isaac Felix, and named Felix Isaac...that got confusing... :D

I changed Issac to Lotus, Garet to Spawn, Ivan to Josh, Mia to Buffy, Felix to Chip, Jenna to Jenny, Sheba to Kayla, and I have yet to name Piers on the second game cuz i haven't replayed the second game yet.

I never have done it.

So all of your characters have the same names they were originally given? That's okay too.

I don't usually change characters' names the first time through... the second time, it was:


Isaac- Raven
Garet- Ruin
Ivan- Ciarn
Mia- Devia

LOL, next time I start a new game, I'm going to switch all the names around. And then I'll count how many times I get confused. :D

when i did it the first time i name issac Marc and then in the second game i named felix Marc too so i never knew who they were talking about

i tried naming isaac andrew cuz thats my name, but it didnt fit. and to this day, he is called andre in my game. it sucks. id rather have isaac than andre
and i made up my own video game name too, especially for the stupid ones where you only get 4 letters for your name.

I made up my own name too. Not for video games, just because I thought of a character one day. But he comes in handy when you have to put in your initials on a high score list, because his name only has 3 letters. I use it for all video games anyway though. That name is Ryo. Even though I now know that I didn't make it up, and that it is a real name in Japan, I still say I made it up, because I thought of it by myself. And this Ryo is the main character of my story that I'm writing.

I just thougt of something. Next time I start a new game on GS2, I'm going to name everyone Alex(cuz it can be a boy's or girl's name). That way, I'd get really confused. :P

one time, i named all the characters arse, and they all called each other arse haha.
i always leave the names the same otherwise. like in ff7, never touched the names

I keep them the same, because it sounds the best that way.. but once, when my friend was playing his game, I was gonna help him, so in the beginning I accidentaly pressed b instead of a a number of times.. so Felix turned into Feli and Isaac turned into I... A few days later he came and told me that Sheba and Jenna were homosexuals...

"But Jenna aren't you and I(saac) an item. Couldn't you, you know, do something?"

i didn't. change the names. im rubbish at thinking of names. i don't think they sound right if they get changed. imagen calling isaac 'sam'... or 'joe'...

I named Isaac Dylak for some reason. I guess it's formed from my real name, but that's pretty dumb. Felix was in GS1 as Felix so it couldn't possibly have been right to rename him. I'm really bad at naming, but I usually name everyone I can anyway. Dyln, Dilexie, Dillusion, Dylink. Those are examples of names I use. They're for games where you have to make your own name anyway, though.

I'm guessing your name is Dylan? I usually don't rename characters. But sometimes when I feel like it, I do. And if I do, the name I use is Ryo.

I like the original name, and if there isn't one I use my own (for example when I play in pokémon colosseum, I have to battle Thomas Vs. Thomas :P )

I never have to worry about having the same name as a character in a video game, because Ryo is a very rare name. I thought I made it up for years, that's how rare it is. Although the only anime character I ever saw with the name Ryo was a girl. :blink:

Well, not always. In Skies of Arcadia, I was gonna rename Vyse 'Arcade' because I though it suited him. But you can't rename him. Dayam.

They should let you rename whoever you want in games. It gives you more control. B)

I want to start a new game and call Felix Dullahan. I would make him a Necromage ASAP and summon Charon a lot. I guess I would substitute drain for True Collide. I don't think I would have break either, but you can use most of Dullahan's moves. Anyway, I am reluctant to actually do it because I don't want to save over my clear data, my post-Dullahan data, or my Pre-Dullahan data.

Well that presents a problem, doesn't it? But why would you want to save your pre-dullahan data?

I wanna be able to re-fight him if I'm ever in the mood for a Golden Sun battle that's actually hard. Of course, I suppose I could just replace all my old stuff.

do any of u have a gameshark cause i did some research and found if u do u can summon dullaham only if u have a gameshark

ofcourse! you can teach summons to your characters like psynergy :P I taught jenna to use boreas :P (that was in gs and on the computer)

Isn't boreas a level 4 summon? You use 4 mercury djinn to summon it. You don't need to be a mercury adept.

Boreas' animation looks crap.
