They're Rare. But I do know the location of one. In Contigo, where the fortune teller is, go inside his house and look into the lone pot at the end of the tent. There is a Lucky Medal there.

In my opinion the lucky medals are only good for the combo tablet. If you have that your fine.

Anima is Anima, not Seymour's mother. Anima was made from her, but it took on a completely different personality.
