No, sorry, SSBB did not get any Golden Sun characters in the roster.

BUT!!

I did hear that Isaac got a spot as an assist trophy so we get to see him in 3-D, AND there's some tracks of our beloved Golden Sun music in it.

EDIT: Fire Emblem Planet has ripped the entire SSBB soundtrack. It's humongous. More than a gigabyte of amazing music from all over the place. Everyone here has to listen to all of it.
