I am neptune and I come from the Lost Waters. The Sea King is my older brother and he kinda invited me here I came here also with my free will. Well hello and I hope we can become the best of friends! :P

okay this is a little off the greeting thing now but, um... it was a joke.
i HOPE windseer wasnt too offended by that. i did it in jest.nothing too insulting was said....besides, i have two brothers and was wondering if other peoples siblings were as much a pain. :)
and yes...SUI is talking to me...though he should know me better than that.
