Ok, so, this is the sequel to Tales of Symphonia. It takes place 2 years later. Main character's name is Emil, and the original characters aren't necessarily going to be playable, but will appear. You can catch monsters to level, breed, and fight alongside you.

Unfortunately, there's no schedules US release yet, only Japan has been announced, but they don't even have an official date, and it was nearly a year later than Japan that we got the first game, so hope is far from lost.

its been so long since ive played it im confused on what to do now lol ive got like 50 hours on it and im still on the first disc 0_0

Unbelievable actually since it has been a long time!
Mathias there is no need to complete the first one since I'm sure that Lyold,Colette and everyone else won't be in it.
A new story line obviously.

Actually, It's supposed to have all the old characters other than Kratos come back.

Anyway, this is really cool. I'm looking forward to it, it definatly seems like it will be really good.
