To windseer: Isn't D. grayman still going? The story may turn out for the better.

I dunno, I stopped following it months ago. The story was all right but honestly didn't really stand out that much, I don't remember a single time when I was surprised even the slightest bit by one of the plot twists=/ The art was amazing though, its too bad they ruined it in the anime.

It's from Gunbuster 2!!! I love NONO!! I think it's a great OVA.

mm, gunbuster 2 aka diebuster aka top wo nerae 2! Its like the greatest thing I've ever seen. You can tell the people working on it really put their hearts into what they were doing, and it came out fantastic. The animation is beautiful and the characters are great. Nono is by far my favorite anime character. Unfortunately like noone on the intarnets seems to have heard of or seen it. Theres a link in my sig to a site that has direct downloads of it.
