Hey, I was watching you too! As soon as I saw your name appear on the online list, I said to myself, "Ah, a newbie, eh?" I checked your profile, and. . . zero posts. "Oh good, a newbie!" Then I peaked hither and thither and saw you were posting in the precious clutch and said to myself, "Oh good, that's how a newbie should start." And pretty much I just watched the online list until I saw the topic, "I know you're watching." At first I thought Keane had made a bad move and created a topic for anyone viewing the online list. . .

I actually was made curious by your ad for unproofreadness. I like proofreading things. I didn't really feel like doing it right then and there. Anyway, I don't read fanfics. Basically I don't feel like it's worth my time (which is probably my loss). The longest I spent looking at one was Issac's, which was just amusingly bad. . .

Welcome, Nile Queen! Congrats on the member 500 bit! Well, even if it's just luck. XP Maybe you will get something for it. Like... your own custom title without having to get 200 posts? I dunno. I'm not even sure if it's still 200 posts to get a custom title, it might be more now. Well, anyway, it's good that you won't leave, because there are alot of newbies who do that. It's sad. Oh well.

My pun? Tangent = opposite/adjacent. That is, the tangent of a number is, given an angle in a right triangle of that measure, the ratio of the length of the opposite leg to that of the adjacent leg. That's a mathematical tangent. A conversational tangent on the other hand is when you go off topic. Point being, I was referring to a conversational tangent about math, a mathematical tangent that isn't opposite/adjacent.

On the note of the custom title thing, I think, that you have to wait for 800 posts now, which was always the minimum for setting it yourself. I'm not at all sure about that though.

welcome to the nest. now not everyone who is a newbie left i mean i am still here and active at least a couple times a week. anyway congratulations on being member 500 that is a number to be proud of. anyway i have to shamelessly plug the radio show:the aerie on air. it is a good show and it is on saturday mornings at 10:00am eastern standard time. if you are awake and you like original soundtrack music then tune on in and listen to marlin, myself, and my roommate who is known as the nameless dj. anyway yeah welcome and enjoy yourself. hope everyone does remember, if you have been told yet, that the radio show will not be this saturday seeing as how we are going on spring break. we will be back on air march 18th at 10.00am hope evryone will be listening.

Indeed. To both of those statements. It was beginning to seem like another case of a single post as an introduction, and then nothing else. That happens quite often... well anyway, Nile Queen, you should try posting in other sections, like the Council of the Rocian Adepts! It's pretty interesting in there.

She would post more but I keep her on her toes with other matters but anyway none the less she will become known here << as for me, I need to catch up which seems pointless, i've been gone so long, oh well, nothing like a challenge.
