Title: SuicuneSol's Antique Art Gallery
Description: Yeah, through those doors...

SuicuneSol - October 15, 2005 06:15 AM (GMT)
Welcome.
This is my drawing gallery. As you can see, the unusual decor of the purple tiles line the walkway. And... on the walls you can see the art.
A note to those who will view them: the pictures are all much larger in size, but have been digitally modified to improve page loading time and picture clarity.
*Prepares for wave of embaressment.*

This is the first page of my notebook. It's like the little sketch book for when I grow bored. I drew those so long ago... :bigblink: They look like... well what do you think?

This is a piece of paper with random drawings on it. Most of them, actually, are supposed to be drawings of characters from my fanfiction, The Seven Moons of Fourteen Nights. The full-body one is supposed to be Tryce. And the others' identity will not be revealed yet.

A piece I did for Cartoon/Animation Class. It displays a night city scene. Could've used some cars, eh? We worked with the vanishing point and the perspective here.

Supposed to be the fully body portrait of a girl in my fanfiction.

There you have it. I'll post more when I get more time. Getting those four took about an hour and a half.

Wow, those are good. A lot better than I could ever do. I really like the night city sceen.

Of the notebook's first page, I like the top left one, with the hair across the eye. And the fanfic girl's portrait is nicely detailed. She looks sort of like Sheba with freckles and longer hair at the back. The perspective scene doesn't need cars. Cars are generally ugly things. They don't mix with magical faerie-elf people. That's the same sort of perspective that my class did a little work on. Did you do multiple vanishing points?

SuicuneSol - October 15, 2005 11:45 PM (GMT)
Yes we did. I know how. I just don't work with two that much. :gssweatdrop: Actually, I don't work much with any at all. I haven't drawn a perspective drawing in such a long while.

The full body one (the girl with the staff) was modeled after Sheba, yes. But I decided to add some more, and went a little overboard. I'm pleased with the dress curves. Very nice dress. You might've been able to see a little more if you saw the enlarged version.

By the way, are there any areas in the night drawing that seem a bit confusing to you? Were there any bits (blocks) that you were unable to identify?

I'll get up some more tongiht

Can you add a thumbnail to the enlarged version, then? Please?

Nothing was unidentifiable. Just blocky.

So sorry. It's taking quite a while because my connection is so weak. I can't upload it into Photobucket properly because it automatically resizes the picture to make it smaller.

This is some pretty good stuff, probably better looking than mine. I can't draw people very well though. I mostly draw things like robots, places, or weird animals that don't look like animals. (You know, in the sort of way that Sonic is a hedgehog but doesn't really look anything like one)
